The property was adorable. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Centrally located to just about everything you would need. This property will definitely be our go to when we come into town to visit.
Property was clean, convenient to many places of interest, and the perfect size for our family of 4. I was nervous about parking on the street but had absolutely no issues! We would definitely visit again.
Perfect location in Cincinnati. Small home was great for family of 4 looking for an alternative to a hotel. Home was very well stocked with everything you will need and in a location that was close to restaurants, bars, shopping. We will definitely be back.
I stayed here with my family, including 2 small children for a night. It was everything we needed and the listing was as advertised. It was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this unit and this host.
Overall it was fine. An economical place to lay your head for a short stay with a small group. I wouldn’t recommend more than 3. It was clean, neat and tidy. There could have been more in terms of cups and drinkware and the couch is in need of a refresh.
This property was perfect for my family and I when we needed something bigger than a hotel, for a similar price. Very clean and had everything we needed. It was only 10 minutes from the big city and where we needed to be early in the morning.
We stayed here for 3 days. It had all the amenities we needed. Host responded very quickly to any questions. Convenient location for our needs. Small but had everything we needed including a cute, private backyard to hang out and relax.
Lovely visit to our childhood hometown. This property allowed us easy access to wonderful dining and shopping, local colleges, highway access minutes away, and reasonable commute to Cincinnati Airport (CVG).
Once home, it is a comfortable location to reset in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard is lovely and private. It is great having a full kitchen and washer and drying in the unit, to make travel easier and more convenient.
Thanks for a wonderful stay!
This was a perfect little place for our family of four. Great walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our drive to Kings Island was only 20 minutes! The main bed was comfortable and the bunks were fine. The backyard we lovely to drink my morning coffee. Only downside was the couch. It was super cool looking but small and uncomfortable. Not a big deal if you aren't looking to cozy up to watch a movie on the very nice TV.
My family of 5 stayed here for a M-F trip, and it was great for us! Walkable to parks, easy drives to points of interest, and close grocery shopping. Very clean, super communicative host, and we'll appointed house. We choose to stay in houses over hotels because having a kitchen and bedrooms is important for our trips, and we found all the utensils and materials we needed in the kitchen to make simple meals. The backyard is also fantastic and feels like a private oasis!
The house is bigger than the pictures make it look, but it's still a small house; if you know you need space to spread out, you might want to consider a different place, but this worked great for my family and we would stay here again.
