As you enter the home, you'll be welcomed into the comfortable living room featuring two leather sofas and a 65-inch Smart TV, creating the perfect space to gather after a day of exploring.
Just beyond the living room is the kitchen and dining area. The dining table comfortably seats six, with additional seating at the breakfast bar and pub-height table. The kitchen features granite countertops, wood cabinetry, black appliances, and is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare home-cooked meals during your stay.
The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, 55-inch Smart TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a 43-inch Smart TV, while the third bedroom also features a queen-size bed and a 43-inch Smart TV.
All TVs are Smart TVs, allowing guests to access their favorite streaming services using their own personal login credentials.
The guest bathroom includes a single-sink vanity with a tub/shower combination, and there is an additional half bathroom for added convenience.
Additional conveniences include a full-size washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an attached two-car garage.

Important Information:
-Exterior security cameras monitor the front door, patio, and garage. There are no cameras inside the home.
-The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and remain at the property during the stay unless prior approval is provided by Casago.
-Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are unavailable.
-A starter supply of essentials is provided, including toiletries, paper products, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent.
-No pets, parties, or large gatherings.
-Please park in the garage or designated visitor parking. Overnight parking restrictions apply in visitor spaces.
-Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are not permitted anywhere on the property.
-The home is equipped with noise and smoke monitoring devices.
-Stays of 21 nights or longer require a $500 utility deposit. A utility allowance of $200 per 30 days ($6.67/day) is included; any overages will be charged to the card on file.
-For extended stays, routine maintenance (such as filter and battery replacement) is performed approximately every 30 days.
-To finalize your reservation, all guests must complete identity verification, a background screening, and sign the Casago rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
