Welcome to My Gilbert Home
Whether you're visiting family, spending the winter in Arizona, working remotely, or simply looking for a relaxing getaway, you'll find a comfortable place to settle in and enjoy everything the East Valley has to offer.
With three bedrooms, a dedicated office, and a private backyard featuring a hot tub, fire pits, a fountain, and outdoor dining, there's plenty of room to unwind after a day of exploring, golfing, hiking, or spending time with family and friends. Inside, you'll find a spacious primary suite, fast WiFi, an attached two-car garage, and a kitchen that's equipped for real cooking. Whether you're preparing a quiet breakfast or a holiday meal, you'll have the space and the tools to make yourself at home.
The home has been thoughtfully curated over time with favorite flea market discoveries, vintage finds, family pieces, and the occasional unexpected treasure that simply made me smile. Every room reflects a collection of things I genuinely enjoy, creating a home that's welcoming, comfortable, and just a little whimsical.
Conveniently located near Gilbert Regional Park, shopping, restaurants, golf, medical centers, major employers, and the Loop 202, the home offers easy access to everything the East Valley has to offer while providing a peaceful place to come home to.
For those flying in, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is about a 40-minute drive, while Mesa Gateway Airport is just 20 minutes away. Uber fares are typically around $45 from Sky Harbor and generally under $20 from Mesa Gateway, depending on traffic and time of day.
I personally manage the home and enjoy welcoming guests. If there's something that would make your stay easier or more enjoyable, just let me know before you arrive. Whether it's a cooler for a day trip or extra serving pieces for a holiday meal, I'm often able to accommodate special requests that help make your stay feel a little more like home.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our time in Arizona. The place literally has everything you need and the neighborhood is very nice and clean. The house is definitely spacious and comfortable so we will definitely stay here again. Our wonderful host reached out to us about a small concern with batteries going dead on the door lock. She wanted to make sure we didn’t have any issues getting in. Little things like that are a big deal so we definitely appreciate that. Highly recommended this place

About the host
Hosted by Adam Wilson
I'm originally from Buffalo, New York--an East Coast transplant who completely fell in love with the desert and a traveler by nature. My career has taken me across the country working with communities, scenic byways, and America's public lands. I've always appreciated places that connect people with the outdoors and tell a unique story.
My home reflects that same philosophy. It's a comfortable place to relax after a day of hiking, exploring the East Valley, visiting family, or discovering Arizona's incredible parks and landscapes. Whether you're here for a few days or a few months, I want you to enjoy this special corner of the desert as much as I have.
Why they chose this property
One of the things I love most about this neighborhood is how secluded it is, yet so easy to get outside and enjoy it. Miles of walking and biking paths weave through the community--away from traffic, making it easy to head out for a morning walk, an evening bike ride, or even a quick trip to Starbucks or Vito's--my favorite family-family Italian restaurant and pizzeria.
Gilbert Regional Park is just minutes away and has become one of my favorite places to spend time. The sunsets over the lake are beautiful, and there's always something happening—from pickleball and sand volleyball to playgrounds, walking trails, and seasonal events at the performance venue. Riding there and back from the house makes for a wonderful 4–5 mile workout.
One of the things that makes this area feel so welcoming is that it's truly designed for people. You'll find neighborhood parks and playgrounds every few blocks, along with plenty of green space to enjoy. Whether you're looking for an active day outdoors or simply an evening walk after dinner, there's so much to enjoy without ever needing to venture very far.
What makes this property unique
If there's one place that defines this home for me, it's the backyard. From the moment you step inside, your eyes are drawn to the garden beyond, where the indoor living spaces flow naturally into an outdoor retreat. The design blurs the line between indoors and out, making the entire home feel open, peaceful, and unmistakably Arizona.
It's easy to spend an entire day here. Enjoy your morning coffee by the fire, soak in the hot tub, gather around the outdoor table for lunch, or linger over dinner beneath the café lights as the stars begin to appear. The fountain creates a soothing backdrop that gently masks outside noise, making the backyard feel surprisingly private and secluded.
Whether you're grilling for family, entertaining friends around one of the fire pits, or simply unwinding after a day of exploring, the space invites you to slow down and stay awhile. Even on warmer days, the misters extend the comfort of the patio as the afternoon sun makes its way across the backyard.
For me, this is where Arizona comes to life—through simple moments spent outdoors.
