-The 2-room apartment (60 sqm) is centrally located in Partenkirchen and is a 10-minute walk from the center. The apartment is on the 1st Floor and from the panoramic window you can enjoy the view of the Zugspitze and Alpspitze.
The living room with large seating and additional sofa bed
 (1.60 m wide x 2.00 m long) for 2 people, dining table for 6 people, flat screen, radio with CD player and Bluetooth function invites you to relax.
The fitted kitchen including Nespresso capsule machine, toaster, kettle is fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils.
The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed 180x200 cm and large closet.
The municipality of Garmisch-Partenkirchen requires a spa fee of 3 euros per adult and day / children and adolescents from the age of 6. Year of life up to the age of 16 Year of life 1 euro per person per day.
This amount is payable to the landlord on arrival.

A taste of the Bavarian Alps

This place was a great way to start our Germany trip. Katja was very friendly and her communication couldn’t have been better. She met us on check in, reviewed everything and was also available afterwards. The place was well equipped. The location was central. We walked to many places. We did have a car and our plans included using this area as a base for other areas like Füssen. It worked out great. We would recommend to others for this rental.

Nice 1 bedroom in Garmisch!

Really enjoyed the stay here. The apartment was well furnished and the owner went out of their way to provide some supplies at check in for the weekend. The apartment was well equipped and even included a Nespresso machine that my wife loved! Groceries and the city center with the Christmas market and ample restaurants are in walking distance. The only surprise was that the listing showed washer so we thought we would be able to wash some clothes. We weren't and the laundromat in town was closed all weekend. We were able to have some clothes washed in Füssen while visiting on Sunday so no problem overall. Would stay again just not plan to wash some clothes.

Die Wohnung inkl. Ausstattung ist genau wie beschrieben. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist auch zu empfehlen. Katja Huber ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die uns super Tipps gegeben hat! Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und würden bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in GaPa die Wohnung immer wieder buchen!

Wir warten nur für 2 Übernachtungen in dieser hübschen Wohnung. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wirkung ist gemütlich und modern eingerichtet, die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Bad ebenso. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Sie hatte uns persönlich begrüßt und uns neben den relevanten Informationen über die Wohnung auch noch einige gute Tipps für unsere Tage in Garmisch gegeben. Außerdem hatte sie für uns Brot, Wurst und Käse in der Küche. Es war wirklich an alles gedacht.Vom Balkon aus hat man einen freien Blick auf die Zugspitze. Das ist schon toll! Die Lage ansonsten ist okay. Wir waren in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß am Bahnhof und im Zentrum mit Restaurants usw. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das war für uns völlig in Ordnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder. .

Super Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung und wir wurden so herzlich von Katja (Vermieterin) empfangen.Sie gab uns einige Tipps was man unternehmen könnte in der Umgebung und hatte uns schon einige Kleinigkeiten eingekauft zum Essen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. Der Ausblk vom Esstisch ist unglaublich schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder, nicht nur wegen der schönen Wohnung, sondern weil Katja uns immer das Gefühl gegeben hat dort willkommen zu sein und uns angeboten hat uns bei der Planung von Ausflügen zu unterstützen.

Arrivée et départ non autonome. Nous devions donner l’heure d’arrivée et départ à l’avance ce qui n’est pas évident lorsqu’on est en voyage ou qu’on fait une randonnée.L’appartement était propre et facile d’accès. La cuisine était bien équipée.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in Garmisch-Partenkirchen!

Die Ferienwohnung von Frau Huber war blitzsauber und super ausgestattet. Die Kinder waren begeistert. Jeden Morgen die tolle Aussicht zu genießen, ist schon was besonderes. Frau Huber war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Meine Kinder und Ich können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Tolle Wohnung

Wir waren im August eine Woche zu gast und haben das sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist sauber, schön eingerichtet und groß genug um als vierköpfige Famlie dort einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Sie liegt zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten vom historischen Stadtkern, 20 Minuten von der Olympiaschanze mit der angrenzenden Partnachklamm oder zum Bahnhof (richtung Zugspitze) und mit dem Auto sind es etwa 20 Minuten bis zum Schloss Linderhof oder dem Eibsee. Auch Einknaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zur genüge in wenigen Minten Fußweg. Im Sommer war es sehr schön, vielleicht kommen wir im Winter wieder :)

Wir waren 6 Tage in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Der Empfang von Katja war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Ferienwohnung ist tip-top eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Blick in die Berge vom Balkon war beeindruckend. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 6 Sterne vergeben! Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmal an die freundliche Gastgeberin, Katja Huber!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Frau Huber ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die die Wohnung in einem einwandfreien Zustand hält. Zudem ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet: Geschmackvolle Möbel, viel Geschirr, Obst, Brot, Käse, Wurst, Kaffee standen bei unserer Ankunft bereits für uns bereit. Die Aussicht zur Zugspitze ist klasse und viele weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb von 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Und parken kann man direkt vorm Haus. Prima!

Super schöne und saubere Unterkunft in toller Lage

Meine 2 Töchter, meine Mutter und ich haben die Wohnung für 2 Nächte angemietet und waren begeistert. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kuscheldecke und sogar eine Wärmflasche waren vorhanden :) Wir würden immer wieder gerne wieder kommen

Goldene Oktobertage

Die Lage der Wohnung zwischen Garmisch und Partenkirchen erlaubt es, alles fußläufig zu erreichen und beide Stadtteile zu erkunden. Sehr viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und die schöne Gegend zu erkunden. Kommen sicher und gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir sind als Familie (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder) angereist. Die Wohnung ist groß genug. Sehr schön eingerichtet und der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Super Lager, alles in unmittelbarer Nähe! Katja, die Vermieterin, ist äußerst nett und freundlich. Sogar eine Kleinigkeit zu Essen gab es bei unserer Ankunft, als kleine Geste. Das war wirklich toll! Wir kommen wieder!

Gemütliche FW mit tollem Ausblick!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Es wurde bei der Einrichtung an alles gedacht und man hat einen schönen Ausblick auf die Berge! Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Wahnsinnausblick auf Zug- und Alpspitze. Katja ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es fehlte an nichts in der Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Erholsames Haus

Das Haus mit seiner sehr ruhigen Lage und Atmosphäre, obwohl 2 Einkaufszentren in der Nähe sind, hat uns in vielfacher Hinsicht sehr positiv überrascht: zunächst ein sehr großes und geräumiges Appartement mit perfekter Ausstattung. Dann die freundliche Begrüßung mit einigen netten Geschenken des täglichen Bedarfs. Der gute Blick auf die Berge, sowohl vom Wohnzimmer als auch vom Balkon schenkten uns erholsame und ruhige Tage, David und Theo
