Little Stone House in the Heart of Murfreesboro

This cute two-bedroom, two-bath sits in the heart of Murfreesboro. Less than 10 minutes from I-24 and less than 4 minutes from Downtown and MTSU. Both rooms have their own full baths and plenty of closet space. The home was recently renovated. Master Bedroom has a queen bed and the guest has two full bunks with TVs in both bedrooms. 50` Flatscreen TV in the living room with wifi and streaming TV. The kitchen comes ready to serve with all the essentials. The laundry has a new washer/dryer.

The floor plan is a quaint open space that is perfect for family time, cooking, or getting a little work done. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. We are set up for long term stays for families in between housing or those moving into the area. We are also a perfect fit for short stays in Murfreesboro.

There is plenty of parking for two cars in the driveway. Entrances to the house include the front and back doors. The house provides easy access to Memorial Blvd and 41a, both of which are major roadways that connect to I-24 and I-840.

The Little Stone House is nestled in a little old neighborhood right off of Memorial Boulevard. If you are a walker you can make a right out of the driveway and there are lots of little neighborhood streets safe for walking you can explore. You are also within walking distance from several restaurant options along with a CVS and a fantastic breakfast spot Donut Country.

The house is located off of Memorial Blvd in the middle of town and close to everything. In the opposite direction of Memorial, you can walk into the older subdivisions if you have a pet and want to go on walks. Parking is available in the driveway, enough for several cars.

We enjoyed our stay here. The yard was perfect for the dogs, the kitchen was great for cooking regular meals vs having to eat out and the area had decent grocery stores near by. There was nothing bad I could say about the property - 100% met our needs. I will definitely stay again.

My family and I stayed at this location for a national horse show. It was about 10 min from Tennessee Miller Coliseum so the location is perfect. We arrived early and the host was very accommodating. The house looks just like the pictures. Very clean, well decorated and perfect size for a family of 4. We definitely would recommend this house. Thank you for the great stay in Murfreesboro:)

Great getaway in the Little Stone House

We were in town for our son’s soccer tournament and couldn’t be happier w/ this find. Just a few miles from the fields and centrally located to a lot of great restaurants. It’s also only 30ish minutes outside of Nashville which is a plus. We’d definitely stay here again.

Loved our Stay

We were in town for a horse show at the Miller Coliseum. The house was perfectly situated between the Coliseum and Downtown. It was clean, adorable, and well-stocked with everything you could need. Having the huge fenced yard for dogs was a major bonus. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We would definitely stay again.
