The focal point is a beautiful brick wood-burning fireplace surrounded by two walls of windows that showcase the endless panoramic views. It's the perfect place to unwind and savor the scenic beauty while sipping on your favorite local wine. With convenient access to the top wineries of Paso Robles Wine Country, including Castoro Cellars, Peachy Canyon, Zenaida Cellars, J Dusi, Turley Wine Cellars, and many more, this location is a wine lover's paradise. Easy access to Highway 46 West and Highway 101 ensures seamless exploration of the region.

THE HOME:
Welcome to Hillside Wine Escape, situated in the upscale Westside of Templeton. Spanning 2,350 square feet, this spacious abode offers a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a luxurious suite with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bath, and a walk-out balcony. On the lower level, you'll find three additional bedrooms, one furnished with a king bed, one with two full beds and one with a king size bed and a comfy full size sofa bed. Each bedroom boasts a smart TV and Wi-Fi for your entertainment. A full bathroom is conveniently located on this level, along with easy access to the hot tub on the lower patio. On the main entry level, the luxurious suite awaits with its own en-suite bathroom and a private deck that overlooks the captivating northeastern views. Additionally, a half bathroom is accessible from the main living areas on this level. The open dining room seamlessly flows into the fully equipped kitchen, designed to cater to the needs of enthusiastic entertainers. Featuring ample counter space, a six-burner stove, updated stainless steel appliances, and large windows bathing the area in morning light, the kitchen is a haven for culinary delights.

LIVING AREA:
Unwind in the sunlit stepdown living area, adorned with three comfortable sofas, one of whichis a pull out sofa bed. just perfect for those large groups. Stream the latest releases on the 65-inch smart TV using the complimentary Wi-Fi, and take advantage of popular streaming services. For added entertainment, a freestanding cocktail arcade machine with five hundred games awaits you. On cooler evenings, cozy up to the wood-burning fireplace and relish its warmth.

KITCHEN & DINING:
Cooking enthusiasts will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary amenities. The dining room comfortably accommodates six people and includes two highchairs for young children. Additionally, there are four barstools at the peninsula, allowing for a total seating capacity of ten. The dining area provides a perfect setting for family enjoyment, whether it's playing cards or board games after dinner.

BEDROOMS & BATHS:
This accommodation can sleep up to 12 guests. It features three king-size beds, two full beds, a full size sofa bed and a portable crib for families with young children, The spacious luxury suite offers a plush king-size bed and a 65-inch smart TV, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite shows while relaxing in bed or the ample sitting area. The ensuite bathroom is upgraded and includes both a soaking tub and a shower. One of the bedrooms on the lower level is furnished with plush king-size bed and 42-inch smart TVs, while the second bedroom features two full beds and a 42-inch smart TV. The third bedroom has a king size bed and a comfy full-size sleeper sofa and a 55-inch smart tv. A full-size bathroom is also available on this level.

OUTDOOR AREA:
The Hillside Wine Escape boasts several outdoor spaces where guests can unwind and appreciate the surroundings. On the upper deck, you can grill steaks on the gas grill and savor alfresco meals at the outdoor dining table, while enjoying remarkable views of the rolling hills. After dinner, head down to the patio, which features a comfortable seating area and a fire pit. For ultimate relaxation, take advantage of the new 7-person hot tub, enhanced with LED lighting inside and out. The spa offers comfortable chairs, a cool down seat, a large footwell with hydromassage, and rotary jets.

NEARBY RESTAURANTS & MORE:
Despite being a small town, Templeton offers a variety of dining options. McPhee's is highly recommended for special occasions, while Pig Iron and Jack's are local favorites. Enjoy a glass of wine along with appetizers or a cheese platter at 15 Degrees Wine Bar. For breakfast, you can start your day at Joe's for an All-American breakfast or visit the Kitchenette for a more gourmet breakfast or lunch. Once you've explored Templeton's restaurants, Paso's dining scene is also outstanding, offering a wide range of cuisines, including a Speakeasy called 1122. Wine and food enthusiasts will find themselves in heaven with numerous excellent wineries within a 5-mile radius. Tin City, just three miles away, offers wine and beer tastings as well as a variety of restaurants. Downtown Paso Robles, located six miles away, provides numerous wineries, restaurants, shopping options, and even golf. If you're in the mood for the ocean, it's just a 30-minute drive via Highway 46.

PROVISIONS:
Conveniently, Trader Joe's is located less than a mile away, and J & R Meats offers local grass-fed beef and other meats in the same shopping plaza. Pier 46, the area's top fish market and restaurant, can also be found there. In downtown Templeton, Nature's Touch Nursery and Harvest is a fully organic grocery store that supports local farmers. For larger grocery needs, Albertson's and Food for Less are both approximately 5 miles away in different directions.

Our base price is for 4 guest. We charge $35 dollars extra per guest per night. Pet fee of $125 for the entire stay for 2 pets.
