This house is rated in The TOP 5 HOUSES on this lake with: $250,000 complete renovation, refinished hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen, appliances, HVAC, spa like bathrooms, brand new comfy beds & furnishings throughout! We have a 8 person hot tub, KAYAKS, Paddle Boards, & LAKE TOYS for shared access w our three lakefront homes on over an acre of gated private land. Stocked like a hotel & feels like your home!

The house is one story with a huge front patio and a small side patio with great views of the lake and incredible sunsets. The house is on over 1 acre of direct lakefront that is shared with 3 other houses we own protected by a private security gate.

We offer 24 hour checkin via key code and 24 hour customer service.

Quiet transitioning area with private road that ends on our property with over an acre of fenced lake front shared by 4 houses that we own.

1. Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. until 7 a.m. on weekdays, and 11 p.m. until 8 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Maximum occupancy should not be exceeded.

-Maximum Overnight Occupancy (after dark): 10

-Maximum Daytime Occupancy: 15

3. Primary renter must be present during the entire stay.

4. Four cars MAX on property. Short-term rentals do not allow for parking on the street or anywhere except our driveway.

No Pets are allowed anywhere on the property.

No smoking of any kind inside our home.

Immediate eviction and an additional fee will be applied for violation.

My 51st Birthday with the fam

We are from Oklahoma but both of my kids have recently moved to Dallas area. I wanted to find a home close to both of them to spend time hanging out with them for my birthday! This house was the best place to do that!!! We loved sitting out on the comfy patio furniture drinking our coffee watching the sailboats . We loved making s’mores around the fire and playing the board games we brought at the beautiful dining room table. The beds were soo comfortable and the whole house was decorated so beautifully. We had the absolute best time. Could not have asked for a better place to celebrate my birthday!!! Thank you for a amazing weekend!!

Great Staycation

We had the best, most relaxing trip. The house is decorated well and has everything you could want or need. Very comfortable beds. We used all of the water toys and had a blast. It was private and safe. Will recommend and return.

Easy going place on the water

It was a mellow time by the water. Appreciated the family room's size for hanging out and the kitchen was well stocked. It is by the bridge over, close enough to see some passing cars ny the fire area but far enough you dont hear it in the house. Cons: none really. Just be aware that the hot tub is shared, wasnt an issue though. A good time.
