this was in a great location for visiting family in aubrey. the house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. nice view of horses frombackyard. there is plenty of space and beds to accommodate larger families. will definitely try to book next time we have a big family get together.

The hosts were friendly and responsive to our needs! We loved the large living area attached to the kitchen, the tall ceilings, the beautiful deep window sills, & the many windows! The beds, pillows, and bedding were quite comfortable, which is REALLY important. The throw blankets were nice & cozy. The loft area with the big TV were great, too. We didn't use the backyard, but the furnished porch, wooden deck and large tv look inviting! The house is also near the lake and 2 playgrounds that our kids loved.

My husband and I are originally from the Texas Panhandle. We moved to the DFW area a few years ago. We enjoy spending time at the lake fishing and swimming which we get to do a lot in this area. We want to be an asset to our guests as we know there are not a lot of options to stay in the area.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is close to many features. We are just a few minutes from the beach of Lake Lewisville in Little Elm, the wedding venue at Knotting Hill, and the Polo fields in Oak Point. The view from the back porch makes sitting outside in the evening very enjoyable.

What makes this property unique

It has a lot of space, the view of the greenbelt and animals, and close proximity to great venues.
