This 2 bedroom 2 bath, in the Village of Citrus Grove is close to restaurants, Brownwood Square, Edna's on the Green and shopping. You can go out your backyard to the path that leads to everything The Villages has to offer, such as swimming, pickleball, golf, live music every night at all the Squares, restaurants, and shops galore.

The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.


Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)

Golf Cart is not available to guests for liability purposes.

Great stay!

Fantastic Holiday

Village Vacation

Nothing but great things to say. Close to Sawgrass, bike path and main road. Bike paths made for great daily rides. Well equiped villa and comfortable beds.

The Villages

This is a very nice home and quiet neighborhood close to Sawgrass Grove and has so much to do to pass your time. Owner rep was very responsive. Recommend this Home!

Beautiful!

Wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood, close to pool and Sawgrass Grove. High end furnishings, everything you could need or want for a day or a week. And the golf cart was an additional perk. Highly recommend!

Was exactly what I thought The Villages was, location in the Villages are everything. We were new to the Villages so it was interesting getting around (THANK YOU GPS). Actually thinking about move there!

The Villages

The Villages is a little nutty for me. Crowded but we had fun. The golf is overpriced and we were told the executive golf courses were free to residents. We had resident guest id's but still had to pay.

Great stay

I stayed with my wife and 11 month son. Property was spotless, extremely impressed. There is a golf cart for use that you can ride a couple blocks to an upscale cafeteria/market, outdoor stage, pub style restaurant, and golf course. The outdoor stage was in between the market and restaurant and they had live music every night we were there. We tried all the restaurants and they were all very good. The pizza place takes at least 45 minutes to get your food so don’t recommend. There is also a Publix about a 5 minute car drive. Golf course looked really nice but didn’t play. We didn’t realize this was a retirement community until we arrived but everyone was super friendly. Highly recommend.

Disappointed

The property is fine,clean,and comfortable.the location is pretty far away from things Whomever is responsible for checkin and supplying the ID cards info etc is totally incompetent. I responded as soon as I received the email to fill in forms etc. no response .I called a week prior to be told all would be sent, it was and I returned all filled in.. still nothing, nothing ready when we got there.a royal run around to no avail. No ID cards were ever given, very disappointing as we had hoped to enjoy the championship courses.

Excellent stay

Everything was in excellent condition, everything looked in new condition.. Nothing appeared worn or in need of replacement. The house was VERY clean. Quiet neiborhood yet very close to Sawgrass for entertainment in the evening and a number of dining selections. Makes a good choice for a long or short stay.
