Ci sentiamo a casa

La casa ha bisogno di interventi occorre cambiare ilMaterasso di gomma piuma e l’altro matrimoniale troppo molle così la rete. Le pulizie vanno migliorate… Gli spazi sono ottimi e la vicinanza al mare

Si consiglia piu' attenzione

Casa Anita è una buona e basica soluzione vicina al centro di Tonfano ed al mare. Nel corso degli anni, abbiamo notato un progressivo peggioramento (piu' volte segnalato) nella pulizia della casa, soprattutto della cucina/utensili. Da segnalare anche che non c'è aria condizionata ma solo ventilatori nelle varie stanze (non tutti funzionanti).

Ferienhaus ist gut gebraucht. Alles war einigermassen sauber bis auf die Küche. Diese ist alt und riecht auch danach. Kurze Strecke bis zum Meer. Ruhiges Quartier. Parkieren an der Strasse war kein Problem.

Keine 4 Sterne

Schönes Haus, aber alte Ausstattung.Einiges (Gartenstühle, Küchenschränke, Bad,Geschirr) sollte mal ausgetauscht werden, um 4 Sternen zu entsprechen. Leider war es auch nicht sauber. Vor Ort wurde von Interhome sofort eine Reinigung organisiert, allerdings mussten wir selbst nochmal ran (Abflüsse braun u. total verkalkt, Küche verklebt.) Falsche Info bei Beschreibung-Kein Stellplatz am Haus!! Bei Verfügbarkeit auf der Strasse, was allerdings nicht garantiert ist und man evtl. weit laufen muss.

+ Klassisches, schönes Haus mit Garten für Pietrasanta. Nahe am Strand, Restaurants, ruhig. Gute Matratzen, hohe Decken und Innenfensterläden. - mittlere Grundausstattung: gut wären ein paar Basics für den ersten Tag. Tipp: im Kühlschrank etwas für den ersten Tag, Kaffee, eine Obstschale, eine kleine Willkommengeste, wenn man in dieser Preisklasse bucht. Aber das schmälert das schöne Haus nicht!

Bella Villetta

Buonissima sistemazione, a 10 min circa dal mare e dal corso principale di Marina di Pietrasanta, con due camere matrimoniali e una con letto a castello. Comoda per famiglie numerose o gruppi di amici. Uniche pecche: la pulizia iniziale (anche degli utensili della cucina) avrebbe potuto essere decisamente migliore e la mancanza di aria condizionata (due ventilatori). Nonostante ciò la consiglierei. Check-in e check-out in agenzia veloci e gentilissimi.
