Holiday house at Klosterbach

If you want to spend a few relaxing days on the Baltic Sea, you've come to the right place! Our holiday home is located in a quiet location in the middle of Ribnitz-Damgarten - the city center of Ribnitz is a 5-minute walk away and it is a 2-minute walk to Lake Ribnitzer.

The house offers you with 70 square meters on 2 floors distributed a lot of space to spend a wonderful time in the beautiful amber city Ribnitz-Damgarten. The house has on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and bath and a washing machine, as well as a living room with comfortable couch and satellite TV. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) and a toilet.

On request, also a cot can be provided.

Bed linen is included in the rent, towels must be brought by the guests. Pets are welcome.

Dogs can be brought by appointment. A surcharge of € 5.00 will be charged per night.
Dogs may only stay in the EC and be taken neither in the beds nor on the couch in the living room! Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge for the additional costs of cleaning.

As of 01. 01. 2018, the city of Ribnitz-Damgarten will charge a tourist tax. The amount is per person max. 1,50 € per day.

Es ist ein kleines feines Häuschen, wie beschrieben. Alles nett eingerichtet und sauber. Es geht über eine recht steile Treppe ins Obergeschoß zu den Schlafräumen. Es fehlt ein bisschen die Liebe zum Detail.Wir waren zufrieden.

Hier bekommt Ihr ein schönes kleines, mehr als ausreichendes, Ferienhaus. Es gibt 2 Toiletten, und bis auf eine Mikrowelle fehlt es in dem Haus an nichts. Sogar eine Spülmaschine ist vorhanden.Die Lage ist praktisch! In der Nähe fehlt es an nichts. Ahrenshoop ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und sogar ein Tierarzt ist in der Nähe.Was man über das Häuschen wissen sollte: Wie schon auf dem Foto zu sehen, keine Barrierefreiheit! Zu jedem Zimmer gibt es Stufen, bzw. eine Bodenleiste von wenigen Zentimetern. Für große Menschen (1,93 in meinem Fall) ist teilweise Vorsicht mit dem Kopf geboten. Wer schlecht auf den Beinen ist, dem könnte dieses, wie die recht steile enge Treppe und die niedrige Betthöhe von ca. 30cm über dem Boden, Probleme bereiten. Das Bett selber ist sehr bequem/weich und wir konnten ab Nacht 1 super darin schlafen. Auch hier der Hinweis für große Menschen: Der Bettrahmen könnte an den Füßen bei Vollausstreckung störend sein. An den Fenstern im Untergeschoss und dem zweiten WC sind zwar Sichtschutzfolien geklebt, aber im Prinzip kann man überall reingucken. Also nach der Dusche mal eben Nackt ins Schlafzimmer flitzen und sich dort ankleiden könnte gesehen werden. Hauptproblem ist die Küchentür in den Hof, die keinen Sichtschutz bietet. Die Dusche ist mit einem Thermostat ausgestattet. Top! Persönliche Bewertung: Für uns ist Urlaub etwas um zu entstressen. Und hier ist es möglich! Alles da was man braucht. Kein unnötiger Luxus. Einfach, aber schön!

Etwas mehr erwartet.

Heizung funktionierte zunächst nicht richtg. Es war erst eine Einweisung nötig. Es fehlte etwas Liebe und Gemütlichkeit in dem Objekt.

Schöne Tage mit einer Freundin

Kleines, außergewöhnliches Haus. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage. Abschluss des Tages auf der Bank vor dem Haus.Ab 21:00 Uhr ab ins Haus - Ruhe für die Nachbarn - jetzt die Zeit bei Spiel,Spaß und einem Wein genießen!!!

Wunderschöne Lage - Preis, Leistung stimmt nicht

Das Objekt liegt sehr zentral, was aber auch leider das einzig Gute daran ist. Die ganze Ausstattung entspricht nicht dem Preis.Die Treppe bzw. Stiege ins Obergeschoss ist so steil, das sie für ältere Personen einfach nicht geeignet ist. Die Bilder sind sehr vorteilhaft dargestellt. Wir werden das nächste Mal nach einer anderen Unterkunft suchen!

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und hat einen freien Blick in Richtung Bodden. In die Stadt oder den Hafen sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Parkplatz war immer frei. Im Inserat wurde nicht auf die schmale und steile Treppe ins Obergeschoss hingewiesen. Ansonsten alles super.

Toller Urlaub

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Die Betten waren bereits bezogen. Wir haben uns schnell zurecht gefunden. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Das Ferienhaus lag in einer sehr schönen, gepflegten ruhigen Lage, 3 Min Fußweg vom idyllischen Hafen Ribnitz. Ein freundlicher, stets hilfbereiter Ansprechpartner zeigte uns die Räume , die mit allem Notwendigen gut ausgestattet waren, besonders gut in Küche und Bad Lage:.Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Radfahrtouristen! Wir empfehlen das Haus weiter.- Leider klappt die Kontaktierung mit dem Vermieter schlecht (Passwortprobleme)
