The Baltic Sea is beautiful in any weather—almost always.
The holiday home was extensively renovated through July 2024 and lovingly furnished for our guests. Two holiday apartments are available for our guests. It is also possible to rent both apartments together, accommodating up to 7 people.

“Feldhüter” holiday apartment on the ground floor, sleeps 2–3 people.
The apartment features
• a bathroom with a shower
• a well-equipped kitchen
• a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide)
• an extra bed in the living room (pull-out sofa)
• TV, radio, and internet.

The holiday rental is available for stays of 4 nights or more. The rate is €75.00 per night, plus a visitor’s tax of €2.00 per day. A final cleaning fee of €50.00 applies.

Bed linens and towels can be booked during your stay for 20 € per stay per person.

On the day of arrival, the holiday apartments are available for use starting at 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the holiday apartment is available until 10:00 a.m.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in either holiday apartment.

The building was constructed around 1910 by Heinrich Thoms. As a veteran of World War I, he was sworn in by the town of Ribnitz in 1934 as a park ranger and gamekeeper. This is how both holiday rentals got their names.

Super tolle Ferienwohnung. Perfekt für 2 Personen, auch für 3 okay. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch prima: ruhige Straße mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten, Hafen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alle fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
