House for 6 persons: approx. 120 m2 on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and exit to the covered terrace with lovely views of the pool. Furthermore, a bathroom with bathtub. Two steps lead to the second level comprising three comfortable bedrooms. While two bedrooms have a double bed, one bedroom has two single beds. Two bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with shower, all bedrooms are equipped with TV and air conditioning.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Further details:

WiFi available free of charge. Outdoor shower and two sunshades at the pool. In addition, badminton net, ping-pong table and foosball. The first neighbouring house is about 50 m away and is occupied by the landlords, who will gladly supply you with fresh vegetables and fruits of the season from their own garden and also offer homemade wine, schnapps and olive oil.

Perfektes Haus für einen perfekten Urlaub

Ein traumhaftes Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Ein wunderschöner Garten, super großer Pool, Außenküche sogar mit Fernseher! Doriana und ihre Familie sind großartige Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in „unserem“ Haus. Wir wurden sehr großzügig empfangen mit gekühlten Getränken, Obst und Wein, wir haben uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus ist wahnsinnig gepflegt und war so sauber und ordentlich, einfach toll! Die Eseldame Verica haben wir sofort ins Herz geschlossen. Alles hat für uns gepasst, es war noch schöner, als wir es uns vorgestellt hatten anhand der Beschreibung. Wir haben unvergessliche 14 Tage in Villa Monte verbracht und kommen gerne wieder. Dankeschön für diese tolle Zeit ❤️

Sehr schöne Villa mit Pool in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren begeistert von der Villa mit Pool und sind sehr ungern wieder abgereist. Alles ist sehr neu, geschmackvoll und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und es stehen sehr viele Handtücher und auch Bettwäsche für die Gäste zur Verfügung. Es fehlt an nichts, selbst an Handseife, Spülmittel, Mosquitoschutz, etc. wurde durch die Vermieter gedacht. Darüber hinaus wird man mit frischem Obst, Wein, Wasser und Bier im Kühlschrank empfangen. Wir hätten gar nicht so viel selber mitbringen müssen. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen und verfügt sogar über sage und schreibe zwei Kühlschränke (1x Küche im Haus und 1x Außenküche) und 5 LED-Fernseher mit deutschen Programmen. Der Pool ist ebenfalls riesig und durch seine Länge von 10 Meter kann man darin auch gut seine Bahnen schwimmen. Ein weiteres Highlight unserer Kinder waren die zwei Esel (Mutter und Sohn) die direkt angrenzend vom Grundstück ihr Gehege haben und uns stetig beim Erblicken mit freudigen Esellauten begrüßten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, stehen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung und sind erreichbar. Von Breg/Labin aus sind alle größeren Hotspots in Istrien innerhalb von einer Stunde Fahrtzeit von der Villa aus erreichbar. In Labin gibt es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch deutschstämmige Supermärkte wie SPAR, Lidl und dm. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus

Ein sehr schönes Haus, das sehr gut gepflegt und sehr gut gereinigt wird. Die Besitzer sind äußerst nett. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Fotos entsprechen absolut der Realität. Auf einer Wiese nebenan befinden sich zwei Esel der Besitzer, neben dem Pool das Highlight unsere Kinder. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus mit eigenem Pool ist wirklich traumhaft. Es liegt ruhig, abseits des Touristenrummels. Es fehlte an nichts, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.
