Our beautiful "Apartment Ada" was completely renovated in 2019 and equipped with new furniture. The bathroom with shower / toilet and 2 vanities is bright and modern.
The entire apartment is equipped with stylish designer flooring that is also suitable for allergy sufferers.
The light-flooded living area can be reached via a small staircase from the kitchen and has a cozy corner sofa, a large flat-screen TV and additional seating.
Two comfortable bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds and a TV set leave nothing to be desired.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and a microwave.
A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge.
WiFi is also available in the entire apartment free of charge.
The apartment is located in a quiet side street, in a few minutes walk you can reach the beach and the city center.

Ideale Ferienwohnung, nah am Strand und am Zentrum

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und sauber, praktisch eingerichtet und ideal für 4 Personen. Der Kontakt mit der Betreuerin und dem Wohnungseigentümer war angenehm, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in Traumlage

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser für uns perfekten Unterkunft erlebt. Schon vor Urlaubsantritt hat uns Frau Mertens umgehend auf alle Fragen geantwortet und auch die Schlüsselübergabe lief super unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Hell, freundlich, sehr sauber,gemütlich und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Familienurlaub braucht. Ein wenig Bedenken hatten wir bezüglich der Treppe ins Wohnzimmer, da wir ein Kleinkind haben. Diese Angst war völlig unbegründet, da ein super Treppenschutz vorhanden ist. Auch bekamen wir nach Wunsch einen Hochstuhl. Die Lage der Wohnung war ebenfalls perfekt. In wenigen Minuten am Meer, kurzer Weg zum Lieblingsspielplatz unseres Sohnes und auch in den Stadtkern kommt man in wenigen Minuten. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker,Supermarkt) super schnell zu erreichen. Wir danken für diesen schönen Aufenthalt und würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder besuchen und weiterempfehlen.

Stylische Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Wohnung, die wir total genossen haben. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, in ca. 5min ist man zu Fuß am SurfCafé, dort ist der Strand richtig schön. Zum Supermarkt sind es nur 3 min. Der Kontakt zu Frau Mertens war sehr angenehm, die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos geklappt und Rückfragen wurden zeitnah beantwortet. Mit 4 Personen lässt es angenehm in der Wohnung leben. Ich kann die Wohnung absolut weiter empfehlen!!!

Edel sanierte Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

- zwei Schlafzimmer, Bad mit WC, geräumiger Flur, Küche mit Essplatz und Wohnzimmer - Keller mit Platz für Fahrräder - edel saniert - sehr gemütlich - nur drei Wohnungen im ganzen Haus - absolut ruhige Umgebung am Rand des Ortes - in nur 1-2 Minuten fußläufig in der Einkaufsstraße (mehrere Bäcker innerhalb von 2 Minuten) - 1 Minute fußläufig bis zum Meer Besser geht es nicht - wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt!

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und dennoch sehr zentral zur Stadtmitte und zum Strand. Wir und unsere Kinder (8 und 14 Jahre) haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe und Pragmatismus eingerichtet und hat ihren besonderen Charme durch die Ebene zum Wohnzimmer. Checkin/out liefen sehr nett und reibungslos ab. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Urlaub zum wohl fühlen

Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wie Zuhause gefühlt.Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Zentrum und Strandnah. Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Kleine Probleme wurden sofort behoben. Werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Ea war ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in einer aussergewöhnlich Wohnung. Klasse modernisiert, sehr sauber, toller Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Check-in und -out waren völlig komplikationslos, Frau Mertens hat sich zwischendurch erkundigt, ob alles ok ist. Die Lage ist bestens, man kommt überall auf kurzen wegen hin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wundervolle Wohnung in bester Lage
