The TRIOPETRA VIEW property with pool is situated on a beautiful, gently sloping plot of land in the charming countryside of southern Crete, with a magnificent view of the sea. Above, close to the sandy beaches of Melissa and Triopetra in quiet, idyllic surroundings, at the foot of a hill with the chapel of the same name Aghios Ilias at the top, stands the well-kept property, consisting of 4 holiday homes. The holiday homes TRIOPETRA VIEW 1 and 2 are built slightly staggered behind each other. In the back of the two houses and about 10m away from them the houses TRIOPETRA VIEW 3 and 4 stand next to each other.

The common pool of approx. 40 sqm (10 x 4m, 1.10 to 1.5m deep, not heatable, in operation from 01 April to 31 October) is located in front of the holiday homes TRIOPETRA VIEW 3 and 4. The common pool is surrounded by a lawn of approx. 160 sqm, the tiled pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and outdoor showers. The view from the pool to the sea, the Triopetra bay and the surrounding landscape of southern Crete offers unforgettable holiday moments.

The comfortable holiday home TRIOPETRA VIEW 3 is located in the middle of the property with a wide, beautiful view of the sea. Raised ground floor, about 5-6 steps access to the house. Tastefully furnished, thought through to the smallest detail and especially suitable for couples or families with children. Lovingly, modernly and colorfully successfully co-ordinated is the mechanism of the holiday house. The bedroom and the bathroom adjoin the living room with adjoining kitchen corner and dining area. The corner couch in the living room is suitable for 2 children or teenagers. From the living room and bedroom direct access to a front terrace with beautiful views of the Libyan Sea and the coastal landscape of southern Crete.

What awaits you here is peace, seclusion, Mediterranean idyll, beautiful views, great sandy beaches, very clean sea and a charming, mountainous coastal landscape.

To the next village Akoumia it is approx. 10km, to Spili, where you find a rich shopping offer, it is scarcely 20km. Some taverns are located at the big Triopetra beach as well as at the smaller Triopetra beach, directly below your holiday home.

We came as a couple, looking for a really peaceful location, yet although that inevitably means a remote location, we felt safely looked after because Antony was so focussed on addressing anything we needed. We have enjoyed it so much and managed to relax like nowhere else so we really plan to consider it for future getaways. Please keep up the good work Antony and please save us some more of those lovely oranges you gifted us on arrival because they are oranges like no others!! Thanks again David and Shelley

A wonderful location with views across the wild southern Crete landscape, with easy access to our favourite beach on Crete with small tavernas that can’t do enough to make you feel welcome. We had authentic Cretan cuisine overlooking wonderful sunsets. Sublime road tours along the coast heading east or west. Giannis is a wonderful host and has created a lovely small cluster of spotlessly clean modern apartments and a shared pool to cool off. This is a place for those who appreciate nature and wonderful landscapes without the crowds.

Triopetra bliss

Excellent location and stunning views! This place has a washer and drying rack and the pool is sublime! If you like cooking the kitchen lacks a good knife and you need to bring your own spices including salt and pepper and olive oil. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and actually extended our stay as it was so nice. A family with children were next door and you cannot hear anything from any neighbors. Super quiet! Excellent hosts and quick response. They brought fresh tangerines from their farm. Super nice!

Der Blick von der Villa View 3 ist herrlich auf den Pool, das Libysche Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Die Strände sind in der Nähe mit einigen Tavernen. Planen Sie 30 Minuten mit dem Auto ein, um einen Supermarkt zu finden, also planen Sie ein, ein paar Einkäufe zu machen, bevor Sie kommen. Der Pool ist angenehm. Die Villa ist geräumig, gut gestaltet und mit allen Funktionen. Kurz gesagt, wir haben die Ruhe und den Frieden des Ortes geliebt.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wieder ein insgesamt sehr schöner Urlaub und die besten Gastgeber die man sich wünschen kann. Ärgerlich war, dass die anderen 3 Häuser von Yogis besetzt waren. Die beiden Damen des Haus 4 haben vielleicht eine sehr lockere Einstellung, indem sie nackt in der Früh zum Pool liefen oder mit T-Shirt (ohne BH) und Unterhose in der früh im Außenbereich liefen. Es fand auch von mehreren Yogis am Pool verstärkte Unterhaltung statt und ein männlicher Gast sprang mit Anlauf ins Wasser und äußerte den Kommentar "Jetzt habe ich gegen die Poolregeln verstoßen" Wahrscheinlich wollten Sie und spüren lassen, dass wir das Haus 3 blockiert hatten. Wir werden aber den Gastgebern Giannis und Dimitra auch 2025 sehr gerne treu bleiben. Freundliche Grüße Bettina u. Uwe Nentwig

Giannis und sein Team sind hervoragende Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum und jeder Sonnenuntergang unvergesslich! Man erreicht in 5 min Fahrzeit einen schönen Strand mit Liegen und Schirmen, sowie einer guten und preiswerten Taverne. Wichtig zu sagen ist: In Triopetra kann tageweise ein sehr starker Wind wehen! Und man braucht in dieser Gegend ein Auto, ohne geht es nicht. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen! Allein die Freundlichkeit der Menschen dort hat uns schon begeistert.

Wir waren 5 Nächte bei Triopetra View hier und haben es geliebt! Die Lage ist abgelegen, aber schön! Abseits aller Menschenmassen und zu Fuß oder nur eine kurze Fahrt von schönen Stränden entfernt. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber und modern mit einem schönen Bett. Du brauchst hier definitiv ein Auto, da der Lebensmittelladen ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist. Ein paar Restaurants sind zu Fuß oder nur eine kurze Fahrt entfernt. Wir haben die ruhige Atmosphäre geliebt und sehr empfehlenswert, wenn du auf der Suche nach einem ruhigen Ort bist!

Wat een prachtige plek! We hadden een heerlijke tijd (1 week) in dit verblijf (2 volwassenen en 1 kindje van 4 jaar). We hadden huisje nr 3 met een prachtig uitzicht over de zee en het zwembad! Anthony en zijn vader waren zeer vriendelijke gastheren. De tuin en zwembad werden ook erg mooi onderhouden! Op korte afstand rijden heb je Triopetra en Agios Pavlos met verschillende stranden waar het zelf in het hoogseizoen rustig vertoeven was. Ook verschillende lekkere eetadresjes in de buurt. We zouden het verblijf zeker aanraden!

Sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit unübertrefflicher Aussicht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß. 1 x wöchentlich gibt es neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher und es wird noch einmal sauber gemacht. Zum Abschluss gab es köstliches Olivenöl als Gastgeschenk.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach prima. Insbesondere die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten des Gastgebers in Form von Olivenöl und Organgen der familieneigenen Farm haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Auf der einen Seite ist der Ort sehr abgelegen wodurch man ausreichend Privatsphäre genießen und dem üblichen Touristentumult weitestgehend entfliehen kann. Auf der anderen Seite sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und größeren Städte in einer annehmbaren Zeit [etwa eine Stunde] mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen!
