THE APARTMENTS MATEO AND MARILLEA (ALSO INDIVIDUALLY AVAILABLE FEWO 287 29 49 & FEWO 287 29 47) IS LOCATED IN THE 1 FLOOR AND IS CONNECTED OVER THE STAIRWAY TO THE ACCOMMODATION POSSIBLE - THAT IS LIMITED AND ONLY FOR THE USER OF THE TENANT. THE APARTMENT MARKO AND ANGELINA, ALSO INDIVIDUALLY AVAILABLE (FEWO 287 72 909 & FEWO 2872948) ABOUT THE POOL AND A LARGE GARDEN TERRACE ME A DRILL POSSIBILITIES AVAILABLE.

We had an excellent stay at this property and would definitely recommend it. The house was exceptionally clean, quiet, and very well maintained. Check-in was simple and hassle-free.Our family of eight comfortably used all four suites, and the layout worked perfectly for our group. The pool was a wonderful oasis and the highlight of our stay, especially with the July heat. It was simply too hot to take advantage of the rooftop jacuzzi, but it's a great feature to have during cooler months.The location couldn't have been better. There was a quick convenience stop just around the corner, and Tommy's grocery store was only three blocks away. We enjoyed walking the half mile to the waterfront every evening for dinner, with plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from.The only downside was the extreme weather. During our stay, temperatures were consistently above 90F, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the house as cool as we would have liked. Adding a few floor or ceiling fans would make a noticeable difference during the hottest months.Overall, this is a fantastic home in an outstanding location. We would absolutely stay here again—just not in July!
