This luxury 130 square meter 3 bedroom apartment is in a brand new building. There are two full bathrooms which is rather rare in one floor apartments in Iceland. The first one has a shower and the other one comes with both a shower and a bath tub. The apartment is stylishly furnished on the 5th floor with a great view of the harbour and mount Esja. The view from the living room over the harbour is amazing. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and essential spices at your disposal along with complimentary tea and coffee. There is an extra room with a washing machine and a dryer. There is also free parking on the right side of the building. The harbour area behind the building is up and coming with many restaurants to choose from along with a wonderful ice cream store. Close by are several grocery shops and a pharmacy. There is an elevator in the building. Last but not least a high speed free wireless internet for you to enjoy
