Cosy, modern roof apartment with nice view. About 105 m2. Living- /diningroom with open kitchen and balcony. Bedroom with 2 separate beds. Shower / WC. Roof - floor : Masterbedroom with shower / WC. Parking for 1 car possible. Free WIFI.

ATTENTION: From spring 25 there may be noise emissions due to construction work on the neighbor property. Construction work will be paused during the winter season 2026/27.
