This fully restored, truly vintage "cottage" is steps from the downtown district of Mountain Home, AR. With 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, 2 living rooms, and a back yard with grill and dining table, you will not lack for space or comfort in this gorgeous space.

Our amazing area boasts not just one, but two beautiful lakes and three rivers. This is a place to escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature and each other, and slow your roll down.
We invite you to take an evening stroll down to our local square to enjoy a 5-star dinner at Rapp’s Barren Brewery & Gastropub. They have some of Arkansas best craft brews! Close the evening off with a glass of wine at Crush Studio.
When you wake up tomorrow, we know you’ll need a pick me up after your fun night, so take a short walk to Cove Coffee for some gourmet coffee and baked goods!

If you forget something, there is a grocery store right next door.

This was our second stay and we love it here! Both times we have brought a group of teenagers for a youth weekend and it is the perfect fit for us. There is plenty of room and two separate areas to congregate. And they always leave us treats!

Golf Getaway

My husband and his friends stayed here to play golf at Big Creek for their Fortieths. They had a wonderful experience and appreciated the personalized touches left for them! They were able to walk to dinner each night and catch some baseball at the local speakeasy just up the street. Would recommend this rental 100%

Girl's Trip at The Cottage

The Cottage was perfect for our little girl's trip. It was very clean and homey feeling. The location is great and close to everything but also nestled in a quiet neighborhood. I was able to take my morning walks and felt very safe. Lake Norfolk and Bull Shoals are both just a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay and will return here to stay when we visit the area again. - Kelly C.

Mountain Home get away

Clean and comfortable older home. Nicely remodeled. All appliances worked as well as A/C. House is located in older neighborhood just off of busy road. Some road noise. Urban views and urban feel. Short walk to grocery, cafe, restaurants. Overall, good stay.

The Cottage Experience

We loved our 3 day stay at the Cottage! The owners welcomed us with treats and all the necessary supplies to be comfortable! The Cottage has been beautifully decorated in modern colors and design! It is thoughtfully furnished with extra linens, too! And, we were able to walk to the grocery store for our food needs! Thank you for such a lovely place to stay!!!

Family reunion

The property was beautiful and spacious. The owner left a basket of goodies specifically tailored to us because she asked when I booked about some of our favorite things. There were two living rooms so the teens could gather in one and we adults in another. She had cozy blankets in each for curling up and movie watching! You could walk to the grocery store and to the town square where we found shopping, restaurants, an ice cream shop and a vibrant night life! You are also within 10 minutes of the beautiful Norfolk Lake. The owner was very prompt in responding each time I had a question before, during and after our stay. She was a sweetheart. I feel as if I have made a new friend. We visit Mountain Home often and this will be our go to home from now on!!!

Perfect property!

I rented this property to share with my sisters and our families while we were visiting the area on less than ideal circumstances. We were visited our father in a nursing home and this home gave us a great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy as we traveled back and forth between visits. The location was incredible, the house was extremely spacious and clean, and the host was more than attentive to our messages. We will definitely choose this property without hesitation in the future.
