Located just a short drive to Norfolk Lake, and 1 mile from Cranfield Boat Dock, the house is just minutes from shopping, restaurants and downtown Mountain Home. Enjoy panoramic views as you relax on the large terrace overlooking the lake, with plenty of outdoor seating. An open floor plan, this home can accommodate either a small family or a large group of up to 11 guests with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, located at opposite ends of the house and a game room with its own private entrance. The game room is equipped with a pool table, dart board, board games, futon and juke box where you can dance the night away. The juke box contains a record player, FM radio and blue tooth. The home is fully furnished with a stocked kitchen, keurig and drip coffee makers, toaster, microwave, crockpot, dishware and spices. The property, located on almost an acre, has a circular driveway, with ample parking for cars, boats or trailers. We have added large parking pads to accommodate vehicles and boats. Included is a wooded area with a nature trail for hikers, and a large fire pit to roast marshmallows (s'mores!) and hot dogs. Free Wi-Fi, keyless entry, and self check in. Non smoking policy. Pet friendly with a huge dog run so pets can run and play. Pet policy is a limit of up to 2 pets, 30 pounds or less per pet, and $75 pet fee.
