I organized a family reunion in North Myrtle Beach and this property was perfect. Everyone had their own space as was a being able to gather together to eat, talk and play games. The pool was a plus. Location is excellent. Down the street to the beach or shops. The host was amazing and responds immediately to any questions you may have. I will definitely book this property again.

Nice place!

This property was very nice and spacious for our family of 11. We enjoyed the pool as well as the large living room area as well as the deck overlooking the pool. Bedrooms were nice and the grandkids loved the large room with full sized bunk beds and the foosball table.A short walk to the beach was great. And the location was nice and close to a variety of stores and restaurants. The kitchen was nice and had enough cooking utensils to use.There were a few things that could be improved on. The cleaners were running behind and were not finished when we arrived. The floors were all wet so we had to wait to get in after driving for 11 hours. Once dried they still were not clean and very sandy so we re-cleaned them later on that night when kids were sleeping. A good amount of the sheets and towels were stained/dirty so the owners had new ones delivered. There were a few bugs also.Overall we really did enjoy our stay and would like to come again but think that the linen service should be an optional feature and not mandatory. The fee is very pricey for mediocre service.

Plenty of room for everybody. The house is in a great location and check in and check out went smooth.Pool area had so many mosquitoes and biting bugs that you could not just sit in picnic table area. The house could use some maintenance and a deep cleaning.

This property is wonderful! Plenty of room to spread out, great kitchen and nice pool. Chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and cart are nice extras. Fully stocked kitchen and movies for kids. Close walk to beach. There is a large condo/rental that rents umbrellas and chairs, that shares same beach area, so get there early to mark your spot. We had a wonderful time and would recommend.

Very nice house and great location

House was in a very nice location easy walk to the beach. Plenty of room and beds for all the grandkids. Extra fridge in basement is very handy for drinks when you’re downstairs. Very satisfied with our stay.

Family celebrating a birthday

The home was spacious and located in a prime area, close to the beach, restaurants and attractions. The owners were easy to communicate with and were quick to replace a TV that malfunctioned. There were improvements that needed to be made to the home and the cleanliness of some rooms, especially the kitchen, was a disappointment. The requirement to keep the thermostats set to 74 made it uncomfortable, at times.

Basement needs work

Basement there were bugs and saw some in the kitchen. House needed some maintenance work done. Wouldn’t stay there again.

We value our guests feedback and always strive to create a great experience at our property. The house treated quarterly for pests. During the summer season when the home is heavily occupied sometimes pests can make there way in. We always send our exterminators out immediately if a guest notifies us that they have seen a pest. In this case we were not notified by the guest during their stay. We encourage all of our guests to communicate with us if they have questions or run into a problem during their stay. We have local service providers that can come out the same day. Maintenance is being performed in the off season to create a great experience for our guests.

Great House - Short Walk to Beach

The house is well kept and was well stocked in a very nice little neighborhood just off the beach. The surrounding area was perfect for morning and evening dog walks, pool was very nice, and the beach was just 2 short blocks away.

Spring break

The house was a perfect fit for all eighteen of us unfortunately we were unable to use the pool due to the weather the pool guy showed up and cleaned it the kids got in for a little while but it was just too cold. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and so was the sofa

Birthday Celebration

The house was great and we enjoyed it very much. There were a few issues: 1 the house had roaches, 2 there were dirty dishes in the cabinets, and 3 there was not enough tissue. Most people don't think about this, but if you have a house that sleeps 16 guests, you need to have enough for the 16 guests. Also, I can not stress this enough, if you hire a cleaning service please make sure you check up on them. I have been using VRBO since 2019 and some of these services you are paying for are not doing their jobs.

We provide 1 roll of toilet paper in each of the 6 bathrooms and have higher a new commercial pest control service to keep all of the critters away. In addition as owners we have relocated to the Myrtle beach area so we can personally inspect our properties in between each guest to ensure no one puts dirty dishes in the cabinets.or anywhere else. I hope you’ll have the opportunity to stay with us again.

We are a family of 6 living in the suburbs of Washington DC. Over the last twenty years we have traveled to the beaches of North and South Carolina dreaming of the day we could purchase our own little piece of the Ocean. Our children have long enjoyed the warm water, boogie boarding in the waves and building countless sand castles on the beach. In 2010 we purchased our dream home in North Myrtle Beach. It has plenty of room for friends and family and is just steps to the beach and minutes from local activities. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Myrtle Beach has something for everyone. Wide sandy beaches, over 100 golf courses, mini golf, restaurants, shopping and more... The water is warm in the summer and it is an easy place to travel to by car or airplane. Myrtle Beach not a 'beach town' it doesn't shut down after labor day. There is always something to do even when its too cold to go to the beach.

What makes this property unique

We can walk to the beach from our home and never have to worry about parking. After a day at the beach we can rinse off in our exterior shower and take a dip in the pool. All our favorite restaurants are just minutes away. Our home is central to all the amenities Myrtle Beach has to offer. We love to watch the sunset from the balconies. We like to feel pampered when we go on vacation which is why we have equipped our home with upscale furniture and mattresses for a comfortable stay.
