Main Level features huge open floor plan, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, granite counters, breakfast bar and dining area with seating for 14, game table and beverage cart.
Large living room with 55 inch flat screen and covered deck overlooking the pool with outdoor seating for 10.
Main level master with luxury bath and jacuzzi tub, private deck. Upper level includes second master suite with private bath, walk in closet and private deck. Three additional bedrooms including huge bunk room with 2 Full over Full size bunk beds, wet bar mini frig and 40 inch flat screen TV and lounge/ gaming area. Bunk room also features covered deck over looking the pool with outdoor seating.
Lower Level rec room has full bath, 55 inch flat screen, wet bar and mini frig, a second full size refrigerator French doors lead to patio, private pool with lounge chairs and picnic table, and exterior shower. Pet friendly!
Golf ,restaurants and shopping are just minutes away. Short drive to Barefoot Landing and Famous Broadway on the Beach!

EACH SIDE OF THE DUPLEX IS COMPLETELY PRIVATE, NOTHING IS SHARED. EACH SIDE HAS IT'S OWN PRIVATE FENCED POOL AND BACKYARD.

Very nice home

Our family had a great time the house was very nice . When we weren’t at the beach everyone hung it at pool area . Living area was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

Everything was great. The owners are so nice and helpful. If anything was wrong they responded quickly. The house was perfect. Just a little tuff for older people going upstairs but we did it lol. We rented 2 golf carts from Ajax rental they were great. We’re going to do our best to go back asap.. thanks again Terry and Bridget

A must see!!

This is an utterly divine place to stay while visiting Myrtle Beach. It’s far more spacious than we imagined, the pictures don’t do the rental any justice. I will say, be forewarned about the water beetles; us Northerners aren’t used to those! We will definitely be back and will recommend to our friends and family.

Disappointing maintenance on property

The house had clogged drains, filthy vents in all bathrooms, lights that flickered, loose shower and sink fixtures, holes in walls, broken blinds, ripped screen on the patio door. Also we killed many large bugs we hoped were beetles and not cockroaches. Overall, disappointing.

Great place for friends!

We had a friends wedding and we stayed on both sides of the house. It was a quick walk to the beach. Very clean and had everything you could need. We did have an issue with the lock on the door but Bridgette came out and fixed it within the hour. Her response time was great.

Annual Family Vacation

We really enjoyed the property; location was great, and the unit was clean. There was plenty of room for our group with privacy for the young and older generations. The only suggestions I would give is to make the wireless username and password a little clearer. The book unit did not list the correct username and password. We needed to contact the owner.

Perfect for extended family gathering

Our extended family came from various locations to celebrate Christmas. The property in N. Myrtle Beach was approximately equal traveling distance for all 3 families. That why we chose the location. Looking at the property on Vrbo was why we chose the rental. The rental looked just like the pictures but was more roomier than we imagined which was a pleasant surprise. The host was very responsive whenever we reached out with questions. Also, we liked that the rental was a short walk to the beach.

Family, Fun & Sun

Traveled in from AL to meet up with family in NC for a start of summer family beach trip. This property was excellent! It was clean, well stocked, SPACIOUS, and very well kept. We had younger and older family members, the distance to the beach was wonderful and easy for all family members to walk. Beach access was easy and distance from entrance to water was surprisingly short! Everyone loved it and ready to rebook next year! The word is out though, so we may need both sides LOL! Book with these owners, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent beach property!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze. Very spacious and the pool out back was a huge plus! Easy walk to the beach. Owner was excellent with responsiveness and communication!! Only thing I would recommend would be other options for cable or fire stick with the TVs. Chromecast was not user friendly and we could not get them to connect. Either way, we will return. Thanks a bunch!

My Golf Group Stay

My golf group of 10 go to Myrtle Beach every year the properties we stay at varies. We all were very pleased with the accommodations. Very spacious bedrooms and a great location. We had a slight issue with the internet as the network name and password in the email did not allow us to connect. I contacted the host who responded promptly and gave the correct information and the issue was resolved. My entire group recommends this property for families and other groups.

We are a family of 6 Native to Northern Virginia
just outside of Washington DC. Our professions are Real Estate and Home Improvement. We love to spend time at the beach as a family and continually improve our properties .We visit several times a year and hope to retire there one day. Our oldest son attends the University of South Carolina and enjoys visiting Myrtle Beach whenever he gets a break from his studies.

Why they chose this property

We've owned one side of this duplex since 2010. When side B became available for sale we couldn't wait to purchase it so other families could enjoy our fabulous beach experience.
This property is so large there is plenty of room to spread out. We never feel crowded even when we have a large group of family and friends staying with us.
The beach is so close and with the access right on our street its only a 3 minute walk. The location is also fantastic for dining, shopping, golfing ,and sight seeing.

What makes this property unique

We like to be pampered when we travel which is why why we prepared this home with elegant furnishing and comfortable mattresses.
The back yard pool is great for children and the balcony views are lovely. The two car garage and large driveway offer ample parking for large groups.
