Spacious 3-Bedroom Waterfront Home – Walk to South Beach!

Enjoy the best of Marco Island indoor/outdoor living at Marco Time, our spacious three-bedroom, two-bath waterfront home with a large heated pool, huge south-facing screened lanai, and direct-access canal.

Sleeps 8: King primary bedroom, king guest bedroom, queen guest bedroom, plus a queen-size sleeper sofa in the family room.

Walk or Bike to the Beach

Location makes a big difference on Marco Island. Our home is just four blocks from the South Beach public beach entrance, making it easy to walk or bike to the beach. Restaurants, shops and other island attractions are also nearby.

Exceptional Outdoor Living

One of the highlights of Marco Time is the unusually large outdoor living area. The home features a 15' x 30' heated pool surrounded by approximately 1,700 square feet of screened lanai and patio space.

The southern exposure provides plenty of Florida sunshine throughout the day, and nearly every room opens directly to the lanai. There is plenty of room for your group to swim, sunbathe, relax and enjoy outdoor meals without feeling crowded.

A gas grill and outdoor dining area make it easy to spend your evenings outside.

Waterfront & Direct Gulf Access

The home sits on a beautiful direct-access canal just minutes from open Gulf waters. Even if you aren't a boater or fisherman, the waterfront setting adds privacy, open views and another wonderful place to relax.

Sit on the dock, enjoy the sunshine, fish, or watch for dolphins and manatees. Kayaks are provided so you can explore Marco Island's miles of canals and waterfront neighborhoods.

Everything You Need for a Marco Island Vacation

Our clean, comfortable, non-smoking home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, tile floors throughout, and plenty of space for family and friends.

The family room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, large-screen TV and video games. Wi-Fi is provided.

Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you are able to have most of the towels washed and start the linens it helps the cleaning service get the house ready in time for the next guest’s arrival.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No more than 2 cars without advance notice and permission. No parties or extra people beyond what is stated on rental request.
No glass in pool area, Children must be supervised at all times in pool area. Please help keep pool clean.

We live in Humboldt, Iowa where I own a company selling industrial equipment and my wife is a retired High School teacher and nurse. We also own an interest in Hydrobikes Inc. the world's best selling Water Bike that is also located in Humboldt, IA. We love spending time at Marco Island!

Why they chose this property

We have always loved Marco Island and bought this vacation home with (2) other couples back in 2010. We try to travel as a group to the house once a year to make some improvements and enjoy Marco. The location close to the beach and the large Lanai and pool is what really sold us on this house.

What makes this property unique

The Southern Exposure on the pool and lanai make this a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. The canal gives a spacious outdoor setting, more privacy, long views and the opportunity to fish and see dolphins, manatees etc.
