This well maintained Florida Key West style home has a south facing backyard with a heated lanai covered salt water private pool setting, and BBQ grill area surrounded by tropical foliage. It is a bright happy house where you can lounge by the pool with complete privacy or take a 10 minute walk to the beach. The 3 car garage has beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a beach cart available for use during your quiet vacation. Relax by the beach or in the shade with a book overlooking the heated salt water pool. It doesn't get any better than this!

Being on the South end of the Island you are close to everything. Over 6 restaruants and a 4 screen movie theatre within walking distance. The house is turn key furnished so all you have to bring is your clothes. All towels and linens are supplied. TV's with cable service in the main family room and master bedroom. The pool area is screened in with lounge chairs, a gas BBQ grill on the lanai upper deck, and free high speed internet. Bring your sunblock and be ready to relax!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was exceptionally clean and very well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable trip.One of the best parts was the great location—we were able to walk everywhere, which made exploring so easy. We also really loved that beach chairs were provided, and having a nice grill was a wonderful addition for dinners at home. Highly recommend!

Great Place to Stay!!

We stayed here for 10 days with our adult children and spouse, and grandchild - what a fantastic place to relax and have fun. The home has everything you need and is a quick walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to everything. We loved the in the ground pool and the outside covered porch. The owner Joseph is very responsive to all communications and extremely helpful and accommodating. If we come back to Marco - will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Great house with great location

The house is exactly as described and has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. The pool is fantastic, well maintained and clean. The covered patio is great for a break from the sun. It’s a quick walk to the beach, and they have everything you need for a fun day at the beach. It is a quick walk or drive to everything you need on the Island. Joesph was a great host, called to make sure everything was ok with the house and was very flexible. It made for a perfect family vacation!

Property is as listed. Close to beach, we rented bikes but not needed. Can walk and property has beach wagon and cart as well as coolers. The pool is generously heated which was welcome as we had a few cool days. House is well stocked, clean and up to date. Would rent again. Property owner is great with communication. Marco Island is now my favorite spot in SW Florida.

We spent 10 days in Joseph's house this winter and had a wonderful stay. The house is in a great location, minutes away from south beach. Everything was clean and well equipped, and you can tell some thought has been put into making sure the house was very child friendly, which was important to us as we were traveling with our 3 y/o daughter. Spent our 4th of July vacation at this beautiful home. Everything you need is provided for the perfect vacation. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need as well as linens and towels. It's an easy walk to the beach and the owner provides everything you need from coolers, chairs and towels. The house was immaculate upon arrival and was exactly as described. The owner has excellent communication up to our arrival and even checked on us while we were there in case we needed anything. I would certainly recommend this beautiful home to anyone thinking of going to Marco and we will definitely be renting again.

We booked this home in South Marco Island several months prior to traveling and this home was one of the best we have stayed in. The communication with the owner was top notch and very quick. The home is gorgeous and the location is fantastic! It’s located in a residential area which we wanted that is 2-3 streets away from stores, restaurants, ets. To walk to South Beach which is Marco Islands most popular beach is a .50 mile walk and it’s a very easy walk especially with the beach cart and chairs that are provided at the home. The master suite is lovely and the bed is amazingly comfortable! The highlight of the home is the exterior seating areas around the upper deck pool!Again, highly recommend this home!

Great Marco Island Property

Hey, This is a great place! Well maintained with a beautiful pool. The raised roof effect is amazing albeit a bit bright in the morning. Kitchen is awesome with all the tools for successful on site cooking. Wrap around porch is fabulous and the back deck is built for family time. Walk to the beach is a manageable 5-10 minutes and the chairs and umbrellas live up to advertising. Great communication with the rental contact!!! Would rent again in a heartbeat!

We spent 6 days at the end of June. We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and is in a nice neighborhood in a good location near several restaurants. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. We rented bikes, which we rode to the beach, about a 3 minute bike ride away. The pool and rafts were great. We enjoyed grilling on the deck. A house is being constructed two lots over, and on a couple days it was loud as they were driving the pilings into the ground, but all was quiet after they finished that part of the job. Communication with Joseph was great. Definitely recommend.

This is a must stay in Marco Island. Close to everything! Owners are very attentive in their communication and in having everything you need for your stay. Beach chairs, wagon, umbrella. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking in the house. Highly recommend!

Marco Island vacation with adult children

Perfect place in a perfect location! The beach was an easy walk and loved that there was a beach wagon with chairs, towels, and sunscreen available. The pool was great to relax around when we just wanted to hang out at our home away from home. Found some great restaurants based on recommendations from the owners and really enjoyed our mini excursions including Captain Ron's jet ski everglade tour, renting kayaks through Rising Tides Explorers and on the only cooler day took a hike in Collier State Park. We highly recommend this home for families of 5 - 6 people - it was a perfect size for us with everything we needed. Thank you!

Great house that's close to beach and has its own pool. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a cart were all available for use. Three bedrooms were all spacious and great for our family. Joe was great to work with and provided valuable tips on local restaurants and attractions. He even checked in to make sure all was going well. I highly recommend this property if considering a stay in Marco Island.

Great house

Wonderful house allowing you to totally enjoy island life. Only a 9 min walk to the beach but chairs, carts, toys, etc are all there to make it easy to have a fun beach experience. My kids LOVED the pool and lived in it the entire week. Kitchen was well stocked so we could make lots of meals at home and eat out on the deck (so the kids could stay in their swimsuits!). Great communication from owner and we had zero problems during our stay. We can’t wait to come back for another island living vacation.

Clean, beautiful, comfortable house. Pool was awesome, it was warm, clean and the screened in area was great. Distance to the beach a short walk, perfect. Joseph was very easy to get in contact with and made sure that everything went well upon our arrival. 5 stars all the way.

We love the proximity to the beach and all the amenities of the south end of the island. The quiet street and and south facing backyard with our private salt water pool make it a paradise to enjoy all year round. Just read our reviews. This house is a gem with all the amenities. 5 star all the way.

What makes this property unique

This is a happy house. The sun streams in from the 12 windows that surround the cupola in the center of the house. It is well furnished with 2 king beds and 2 twins and comfortably accommodates 6 people. Perfect for families and couples.
