Holiday Apartment in the Harz

The 2-room apartment (with Wi-Fi Anschlauss) is located on the tenth floor / house 1 in a sunny south facing with stunning views over the mountains and forests in the area. The swimming pool of the hotel complex is included in the apartment price.

The 50m² holiday home sleeps 2-4 people. A bedroom with two single beds (200x90), which can be pushed together as a double bed. 2 additional beds (180x200) - intended for a "short stay" - are available on the sofa bed in the living / dining area. The apartment also has a living and dining area with fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, etc.), bathroom with shower and a balcony / loggia over the entire 6m long window front.

Parking is available outside and / or in the parking garage free of charge. Restaurants and shops can be found in the center and within easy walking distance. Outside the apartment complex there is a miniature golf course and a playground. For the winter a toboggan slope directly at the house and for sports and active vacationers, there are destinations in the vicinity: For - cross-country skiers - are only a few minutes away trails with interesting route available. For - downhill skiers - is the Wurmberg (971m above sea level) in Braunlage, with its snow cannons and the total of about 12km of ski slopes (longest descent 4km), with gondola and / or chairlift, only about 15 minutes away. In addition, you can reach in about 15 minutes by car - a mountain bike course - with a challenging route (start is on the summit of Wurmberg).

The building has a lobby with bar, TV-Sky facility and Wi-Fi. In addition, the use of the indoor pool in the building (22x8m) is included in the apartment price. The house also has a sauna, a massage and physiotherapy practice. A bread delivery service is available at the reception.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Hatte alles was man sich wünscht. Der Ausblick ist wirklich ein Genuss. Das Schwimmbad kann man wirklich in vollen "Zügen" genießen.Einzig die Esszimmer Stühle sind instabil, daran sollte vom Besitzer gearbeitet werden.

Der Kontakt war schnell und freundlich. Der Verwalter war auch immer für uns da und hat uns weiter geholfen.Die Wohnung war super schön und sauber. Es war mehr Inventar da als man gewöhnlich in einer Fewo vermutet. Super gut. Werkzeug, Kleber, Raclette, Toaster, Leiter....Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Bestimmt kommen wir wieder. Der Harz und die Wohnung waren ein tolles Erlebnis.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und gepflegt, mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und einer tollen Aussicht. Das Highlight für meinen Sohn (8) war das Schwimmbad. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber Hr. Quast und zur Verwaltung Hr. Siemer und seiner Frau waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Da wir wetterbedingt nicht alles unternehmen konnten, werden wir gerne nochmal wieder kommen.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon war sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, bis auf einen kleinen Mangel. In der Wohnung wurde anscheinend geraucht, Couch, Kissen und Decke rochen stark nach kalten Rauch.Die Kommunikation mit dem Betreuer der Wohnung war gut. Als Feriengast mit Kurkarte konnte man den Pool kostenlos nutzen nur für die Sauna musste man 6,50 zahlen. Was okay war. Leider wurden wir dreimal wegen Feueralarm in der Nacht aus dem Bett geholt und jedes mal war es Gott sei Dank Fehlalarm. Eventuell sollte man einige Küchengeräte ( Wasserkocher, Toaster) erneuern. Auch die vorhandenen Töpfe dauerten ziemlich lang bis sie richtig Wärme bekamen.

De stilte s'nachts. De volledige inrichting. Het goede contact met de eigenaar. Het adembenemende uitzicht. Als je aankomt rijden schrik je. Het flat gebouw heeft aan de buitenkant zeer dringend herstel nodig en onderhoud. Maar binnen maakt alles goed.

Hallo

Aufenthalt gut, Quartier alles super. Leider an allen Tagen Arbeitslärm aus einer über uns liegenden Wohnung. Ging einmal schon 7.15 Uhr los und die Handwerker waren an einem Tag auch bis 22 Uhr aktiv. Es war kein ständiges Gebohre und Geklopfe. Aber immer, wenn wir dachten: jetzt sind sie fertig, fing es wieder an.Das war lästig und einem Urlaub kontraproduktiv.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Apartment (Nr. 326) war genau so wie beschrieben und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Der Ausblick (10. Etage) war super und wir konnten nach einen erlebnisreichen Tag, auf dem Balkon die Abende genießen. Noch einmal Danke an Herrn Quast und Herrn Siemer, es war ein sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt. Der buchbare Brötchenservice war ein echtes Highlight. Alles was helemaal goed. Je kunt het zo gek niet bedenken of het is aanwezig in het appartement. En het was heerlijk koel in de slaapkamer. Óók omdat het in Hohegeiss niet zo warm wordt als elders in de harz. Communicatie met dhr Siemer was goed. Kortom een heerlijk verblijf in dit appartement dat nog steeds een prachtig uitzicht heeft op een groene Harz. Als je naar de Harz gaatm houd er dan wel rekening mee dat je heel veel dode sparren zult zien. Daardoor zagen wij in deze periode wel velden vol met prachtige paarse en gele bloemen, maar dat verschilt natuurlijk per jaargetijde.

Schnuckelige Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick

Wir waren eine Woche zum Wandern in Hohegeiß und die Wohnung war perfekt dafür. Klein aber fein und vor allem sauber. Auf dem Balkon kann man in die Weite des Harzes schauen. Besonders gut hat uns der Service des Hausmeisters gefallen und dass die Wohnung einen Kofferwagen hat.

Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt benötigt. Den Gast erwartet eine gepflegte, helle Wohnung – liebevoll eingerichtet - mit moderner zweckmäßiger Ausstattung und toller Aussicht. Ob spezielles Küchengerät, Lesestoff, Spiele, Balkonmöbel oder div. Material für kleine Reparaturen – es ist gut vorgesorgt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und der Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir planen einen weiteren Besuch im nächsten Jahr.

Probleme

Die FeWo ist im Haus 1, 10. Etage - Baustelle vor den Häusern und in den Tiefgaragen Deck 1 und 2 - da wir tagsüber immer unterwegs waren, hat uns der Baulärm nicht tangiert. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Baulärm kaum zu hören. Die Bautätigkeit endet nachmittags und die WE sind ohne Bautätigkeit. Unangenehm ist das Treppensteigen bei defektem Lift. Davon gibt es zwei im Haus, einer funktionierte nicht, der andere nicht oft. Trotz Baulärm und Liftproblem gibt es 5 Punkte auf Lage und Umgebung, denn das hat mit den beiden Problemen nichts zu tun. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt - jederzeit wieder.
