Overnight parking on Pikes Peak Ave is free, while S 25th Street is metered with no overnight parking permitted. The public parking lot behind the building is free during the day, but overnight parking is not allowed there.

Guest Access:
🔑 During your stay, you will have complete access to the entire property, including all its amenities and facilities. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
