LOCATION: The beach house is located directly in PELEKAS beach (PELEKAS BEACH) one of the most beautiful sandy beaches KORFUs. 1,5 km from PELEKAS village and 13 km from KORFU town. Located on the west coast, it overlooks the Ionian Sea. The house is located directly in the PELEKAS Beach in beautiful and quiet surroundings in a large garden on a plot of about 6000 square meters, surrounded by greenery and is ideal for peace-seeking guests! Beach right in front of the garden door.

THE BEACH HOUSE: Quiet holiday house with 3 separate apartments.
2 studios on the 2nd floor: object-Nr. 2804599 (HomeAway) and object no. 2804708 (HomeAway)
and an apartment on the ground floor: object-Nr. 2875147 (HomeAway), all well equipped - with great sea views over the bay of Pelekas. Surrounded by old olive trees and lovingly landscaped garden with Mediterranean plants, it can relax here great. Private beach access, sunset panorama. Enjoy the gentle sound of the sea that you can hear and see from the bed.

THE APARTMENT GROUND FLOOR: Approximately 70 sqm, for 4 persons.
Two separate bedrooms, one with a large bed overlooking the sea. The second bedroom with 2 single beds, with low-hanging ceiling but without windows.

Hard to get to without car. Absolutely no information in apartment. Loads of essentials missing

The view is amazing. But it is in the middle of nowhere so without a car it's no good unless you can walk up very steep hills. The owners do not speak a word of English so it's no good if you require any help. The management company never even bothered to check if all was ok after we reported broken toilet, which leaked all week. There were loads of items missing e.g hairdryer, iron, kitchen rolls, soaps, only one toilet role. When we arrived only one bed was made up. There are loose wires so no good for kids. Only one socket in kitchen so you cannot have kettle and toaster at same time. Bathroom door would not shut and this was a nightmare as even if you are friends then you don't want them to hear you when it's right next to the kitchen. Absolutely not worth the cost and would not go back.

Like being at home with a beautiful Greek family!

We had our own apartment on the bottom floor with a stunning view of the water and little vineyards. They also have two beautiful rooms up top. Amelia was so sweet and constantly surprised us with homemade goodies! She also sells her own homemade olive oil which I found wonderful! The beds are quite hard/springy, but the atmosphere made up for it!
