Newly painted with all the appliances, sleeps 4; private room sleeps 2 on bed size full, plus sofa bed in living room sleeps 2 more. Includes front yard and back patio, open storage space, and convenient parking space on same lot.

Other things to note
Convenient for 2 adults plus 2 children (who would sleep in sofabed in living room). Complete bldg and fence New paint job was completed in early June, 2022.
