If you wanna be in the heart of the party, this is it. Can be loud but our unit C was in “back” and not loud. Brewery downstairs has last call at 10:45pm so not sure the other review “wee hours”! Good, walkable, nicely supplied but ateep stairs- pack light
Nestled right on King street, the location was perfect, and easy to get to. Parking was best at a nearby parking lot. Can walk almost anywhere in Charleston from the location. Place was nice, functional and just what the four of us needed for a holiday getaway.
This apartment is fantastic. Location can't be beat. Home has everything you need. Including "sound machines" in each bedroom, the Brewery below was hopping on Saturday night until the wee hours, but the sound machines in the bedrooms drowned it all out. These owners thought of everything! Would definitely return if travelling to Charleston~
6 girls stayed here for a long weekend and we loved it! There was plenty of room for everyone and the location was perfect! We felt very safe and could easily walk everywhere. Would definitely stay here again
Property was great. Conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. Overall Very clean. However, several bed pillows had sweat stains on them and we ran out of the body wash in the primary bathroom. Lots of steep steps to get to property so not good for anyone with knee or back issues
I can't say enough good things about our stay! First of all the property is very central to everything in Charleston and right in the middle of many great restaurants and shops. The apartment is very clean and beautifully furnished, kitchen was well stocked, and the owner was very easy to communicate with in regards to check in/out and recommendations for restaurants, etc. Parking was close by, and I would definitely book here again. Thanks so much for the stay!
Our stay in Charleston for the 2024 Southeastern Wildlife Exposition was wonderful. The apartment was as described, and yes, it is above a brewery. At least for the extent of our stay, noise was not an issue within reasonable times in the evening. We just loved being able to step out on King Street and be in the middle of the 2024 SEWE events.
Our only suggestion for improvement would be a better base for the bed in the master bedroom. Not a big deal though. Thanks for the stay!

Because it is near the college, it was pretty loud at night on the weekends. However, the location was a good place to stay for walking to all of the historic sites and restaurants. The kitchen was extremely well fitted out. We had a minor problem and the manager responded in a timely manner to resolve it. We were happy with our stay.
This property was perfect for what we were looking for! It’s a great location and a cute apartment that can easily sleep 6. We can’t wait to stay again!
The condo was in a great location within walking distance to all of the shopping, eating and history of Charleston. We appreciated the space (compared to a cramped hotel room) and beautiful kitchen. When we had trouble checking in, the property manager answered my text within minutes. Charleston is a great city for couples and we can't wait to go back!
We were centrally located to all of the things we wanted to see and do. Check in and check out couldn’t have been any easier. We’ll definitely be back.
Rented this space for a few days for a girl’s trip. Cozy, updated condo. Nicely decorated. Awesome location right on King St.—we didn’t have to call an Uber one time the entire stay—everything is within walking distance. Host was very kind in sending us some restaurant recommendations which was greatly appreciated! The only reason we didn’t give a full 5-star review is because the balcony was not usable during our stay. There was construction going on and scaffolding was on the balcony—no furniture. The host did make us aware, but only a few days prior to our stay. Also, if you have heavy luggage, be prepared to carry it up a pretty decent-sized, unlit, narrow staircase to get to your unit. You will definitely need to use your phone as a flashlight to get up & down the stairs safely at night. Overall we were very pleased & would highly recommend this place—just recommend giving future guests a heads up on the two items mentioned. Thanks for having us!
