Paseo Palms Estate boasts 3- large bedrooms and 3- bathrooms in over 2100 sq.ft of indoor space and offers large terrazzo tiles throughout. A split-floor plan allows each wing of the home to have its own space, both indoor and outdoor. Paseo Palms Estate was renovated by renowned local architecture and design firm H3K. decorated with the finest mid-century modern designs. Let's not forget about the outdoor space. Mountain views, saltwater resort style pool with overflowing spa/hot tub, water features, backyard misting system, large fire pit, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, outdoor bar and plenty of loungers. THE INDOOR SPACE
Chic and sophisticated yet comfortable at the same time. The open concept floor plan is perfect for spending time with your entire group or alone time in one of the many seating areas both indoor or outdoor! A mid-century modern gas fireplace is the feature in the center of the house alongside a very comfortable seating area with massive smart TV with ROKU. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to prepare any meal in the chef's style kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the LeCruset cookware and large ceramic pizza pan for making pizza on the grill!

Each of the three bedrooms has its own newly renovated bathroom. The master features both a large walk-in shower and luxury bathtub along with a Toto Washlet/ bidet seat. Gaze out at the San Jacinto mountains from the main living or sitting next to the indoor gas fireplace.

Should you need a space to work remotely, one of the master bedrooms features a desk workspace with a computer monitor. High speed internet access is complimentary and available throughout the property.


THE OUTDOOR SPACE
As amazing as the interior of this home is the outdoor spaces truly set it apart. The entire backyard has been walled and gated for privacy. Paseo Palms Estate feels more like an upscale resort than it does a private vacation home. The large pool with tanning ledge and spa, water features, chaise lounges, outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue grill, outdoor bar seating with mountain views, and a conversational fire pit with lots of seating. The backyard also features a covered patio with an ultra-comfortable lounge and a large alfresco dining table in the shade along with a misting system that can make the backyard much cooler in those hot desert days! Access the outdoor shower directly from two of the bedrooms!


THE SLEEPING SPACES
Paseo Palms Estate boasts three large bedrooms featuring luxury king beds, two of which are master suites with en-suite luxury bathrooms on opposite sides of the property! There are a total of three private bedrooms, each with smart TVs and sliders to the outdoor space and outdoor shower. Each of the bedrooms features the most luxurious linens, soft and firm plush pillows creating the comfort of a chic boutique resort that you will only enjoy in a Luxsy Palm Springs managed home.
