The indoor dining area adjacent to the living room seats up to 8 people and is perfect for holiday meals or intimate dinners with close friends and family. Cook like a 5-star chef in this fully equipped kitchen featuring quartz counters, Subzero commercial refrigerator, 6-burner Fisher & Paykel gas range, Bosch dishwasher, deep stainless steel sink, microwave oven, ample European style cabinets and a large island for prep or casual dining. All four glamorous bedroom retreats have ensuite baths so there’s no sharing! They are all separated from the main living area, entitling guests to peace and privacy. Each bedroom is luxuriously appointed with a King sized bed, TV & DVD player, hotel quality linens, new mattress, unique headboard, dramatic patterned accent wall, bold rug, stylish accessories and furnishings, playful artwork, and ample closet and dresser space.

The elegant bathrooms offer spacious walk-in showers with floor to ceiling colorful geometric tile walls, floating vanities, white ceramic sinks, Grohe fixtures and plush towels. The west side bathroom also features an exquisite spa soaking tub.

For our guests added convenience we offer a separate laundry closet inside with full size washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, phone service with unlimited long distance to US and Canada and 2-car garage. All high quality linens, towels & pool floats provided too.

We strive to provide you all the comforts of home without the work. That is why we offer all our guests access to a local property manager on call to attend to your needs. This property is nestled at the base of the San Jacinto Mountains in the historic Vista Las Palms neighborhood of Central Palm Springs. You are within a mile walk to Palm Canyon Drive and the Uptown Design District, which boasts upscale restaurants, boutique shops, trendy coffee cafes and art galleries. You’ll be able to enjoy all the activities this famous city has to offer including hiking, biking, horseback riding, gambling and riding the PS Arial Tramway.

International guests will find Palm Springs to be an ideal "home base" for daytrip excursions to Southern California. Enjoy nearby Joshua Tree National Monument (an extraordinary national park set in the desert) and theme parks within a two-hour drive including Disneyland (Anaheim) and Sea World (San Diego), as well as a Knotts Waterpark in Palm Springs.

OPTIONAL FEES

For stays of less than 28 nights, the optional pool & spa heat fee is $100/day or $650/week. Pool heat is not needed between June - September. If you do not want pool heat but would like to heat the spa, the cost is $55/ day. A utility deposit is collected for stays of 28 nights or more and the amount is based on the length of stay. The cost of an Early Arrival or Late Departure is $200 each plus tax.
