I moved to New Smyrna looking for the small village feel and friendliness and to have close proximity to restaurants, shopping, fishing the beach ALL within 5-10mins. I FOUND IT ! New Smyrna and the location of my townhouse could not be better !
Why they chose this property
QUIET ! Nice and QUIET but close to everything to go have fun then return to PEACE and Quiet ! The local food is GREAT ! I have not been able to eat at all the restaurants because there are so many options. The beach is only a few blocks away; the lagoon is across the street, shopping and restaurants are blocks away as well. Flagler Ave is only a 5 min ride and downtown New Smyrna is only 10 mins. The National Park is just south of us (5 miles) and there is plenty of room to ride your bikes on the main beach roads.
