Small beach town with 17 miles of pristine white sandy beaches. Our weather in the mid 80's currently.
Beautiful and warm. Come relax and enjoy your spring & summer.FREE WIFI & TV CABLE.This beachside 2 bedroom 1 bath house is newly renovated and located just within steps to the beach and historical Flagler Avenue. You are within walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, and the best beach in Florida.The house has a nice size living room with a large couch to watch TV, or just lay back and relax and read a book after the beach. The full kitchen has all you need if you like to cook and also a table to dine. The master bedroom has a king bed along with a flat screen TV and plenty of closet space. along with bureau dressers.The full bath has a shower and bathtub and is located in the hallway next to both bedrooms. The second bedroom has 2 twins and plenty of closet space. The back porch is enclosed with your own new washer and dryer, and a view to the privately fenced in back yard. To grill or just relax after a long day. at the beach,, Come on down ,unwind and enjoy this beautiful piece of paradise.

This is our 3rd time staying here and we can not wait to go back. This house is in the perfect location with the beach just a block away and Flagler Ave right around the corner. The fenced in backyard is perfect for our dogs (Minus the burrs lol) and they added a second bathroom which is so helpful when vacationing with two teenage girls. Excellent communication from the hosts.

Great Proximity to Beach & Flagler Ave

Just a brief walk to the beach and Flagler Ave made this a great spot. The house could use some updating but it was as advertised and we had no issues and a nice stay. It’s a bit loud at night being adjacent to one of the downtown pubs/eateries but worth it for the location!

Love this place !

This is our second stay and we can wait to book another visit. This place is perfectly located to the beach and all the action on Flagler The backyard is an oasis for our pup. Everything you need is located in the house. It is definitely our favorite place to stay when visiting our family in Edgewater!!

This was the perfect location in New Smyrna Beach! We felt right at home when we walked in the door! The location was amazing! The lock box was a little tricky but 5 stars all around! We will definitely be back!

Great location

Just what we needed for us and our two puppies. Located near everything we wanted to do. Close to my niece and her family, restaurants, shops and the New Smyrna Beach Dunes dog park. Nice having a fenced in yard for the puppies. Glad we had a washer and dryer to use.

Location, location, location!

A short walk to Flagler Ave and the beach. Restaurants are convenient along with fun shops to please everyone’s likes! Watched the Mardi Gras parade and enjoyed it very much! My only request is it would be nice to have a couple of beach chairs available to use on the beach.

Perfect Getaway

This house has it all. Very clean, fully stocked, and close to all the hot spots in New Smyrna!! I was on a working vacation so I couldn't enjoy the sites much, but my daughter and husband easily walked to Flagler Ave every day for food and shopping. The backyard was perfect for our dog to play and enjoy his vacation Definitely will be our go to place to stay everytime we visit my parents!!

Labor Day Get a way

We made this booking as a last minute reservation for Labor Day weekend. It worked out great. Close to all the action on Flagler ave and short walk to beach. Small house but ample room for everyone.

Walking distance to beach and restaurants

Property was as described. This is a typical Florida block house across the street from the beach. There are several restaurants within an easy walk. The street is right behind Flagler Ave , so it’s pretty busy at times. Only had a couple of days where it was noisy, otherwise, it was surprisingly quiet. Would stay again

Fantastic location! Quiet, yet close to everything!

The property is a nice little house close to the beaches at New Smyrna plus the restaurants, coffee shops, bars on Flagler. My husband and I were very comfortable. The kitchen was setup with everything you need for a long stay, plus we used the nice gas grill in the backyard. We had lots of room to spread out in the back porch that had laundry and sitting areas. Great TV, fans, and AC/Heating worked great. Clean, and sweet!
