We had a blast! The house is a very short walk from the beach, there’s a coffee shop a block away, and the house was cute and clean. Highly recommend!

What an amazing time we had! Can’t wait to book again…clean, spacious, amenities, location…Burke’s Beach House has it all. So excited to stay when the pool is complete!

Property was as described. It was super clean and extremely close to the beach. Loved having the pool, especially when the beach was closed because of marine life activity in the water! Our best visit yet to Panama!!!

Very nice house close to beach

The house was clean with everything you need. The only thing we needed to bring was clothes and food. The beach was a very short walk. will definitely be back. Strongly recommend this house and very reasonable price!

We took a last minute trip to the beach and were greeted with a very friendly trouble free check in. The host text several times to check on us and answer our questions. What a refreshing experience.

Amazing Property!

We had a great family vacation at this home! Our family had ages from 1 yr old to grandparents. The home is a perfect setup for young children as you don’t have to worry about stairs or multiple levels. The pool was amazing and the beach was a 45 second walk from the front door. We enjoyed the outdoor area by the pool each day and used the grill multiple times. It’s very close to Panama City Beach area and a short drive to Destin as well. Great home and location!

Wonderful Vacation!

The home was just as the pictures that are shown on VRBO. We had a wonderful time with all the accommodations. The outside shower was a plus and the golf cart was handy for quick trips to the Carousel, the beach and checking out the neighbors. The home is furnished with all the cooking utensils that you would need! We are planning on booking it again for the fall. It was great!

Perfect vacation home

This house has so many great features! Front and back outdoor areas with great lounging furniture…two houses down from Beach Road and right at a beach access entry…comfortable beds…the available beach chairs, boogie boards, floats and wagon were bonuses! We explored the neighborhood in the golf cart! Thanks for thinking of ALL the things!

Super comfortable and clean and conveinent

We all loved this place! Its adorable and a very short walk to the beach. Shorter walk than if you stayed in a high rise directly on the beach. My only suggestion for guests is to bring a small floor fan for bathroom to ventilate air. We had the best time.Very comfortable bedding and beds. Everything you need is there. Plenty of space to spread out. Lots of great out door space and a golf cart to use. We barely used it but the kids loved it. I would absolutely stay here again.

Super cute and spacious cottage!

This cottage was such a wonderful get away for my husband and myself. It was a huge space with a full kitchen. It would be perfect for a much larger group than just the 2 of us but we enjoyed it! Everything was super clean and cute! We really loved puttering around the neighborhood in the golf cart. The outdoor shower was a real plus after walking back from the beach. The beach was a super short walk with immediate access at the end of the road. The front and back porches were wonderful places to relax and read. Everything was very well organized and the house is designed for vacationing with lots of benches to set things down on and hooks to hang things up. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Everyone we met was super friendly.

Laguna Beach house spring break

Came here for the last week in March for my niece's spring break. The place looks just like the pictures online, we were very pleased to see the pool was completed, as it wasnt supposed to have been, so that was a surprise. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed, with a keurig and a regular coffe maker, toaster over/airfryer...plenty of dishes/pans ...all essentials were there. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the 3 outdoor areas to gather at night, the front and back porch and the patio with fireplace by the pool was very nice. We didnt need to use the golf cart, cuz the geach was so close, but it was nice to have if needed. Neighborhood was quiet. Beach was awesome! And Not very crowded. We mostly spent our time on the beach and appreciated the chairs to use. We visited alot of restaurants in the area and shopped alot at Pier Park. Would love to come back!

Beautiful Home, memorable stay

We really enjoyed our stay for our first trip to Panama City Beach. The pool and outdoor spaces lived up to and exceeded every expectation we could have had. The management company was extremely thorough and communicative throughout our stay. We had some wild weather that impacted our experience of the surrounding area a bit and weren’t able to enjoy the ocean (which was less than a block away) as much as we would have liked. The interior of the home was wonderful! All the cooking utensils and materials you’d need, but it was lacking some other basics that aren’t common to travel with (like aluminum foil, trash bags, ziplock bags, spices/seasonings, etc), but there were plenty of grocery options near by to pick those items up. The bedrooms could use more clothing storage space, but the luggage holders came in handy for us for this. I’d imagine it would be a bit more cumbersome for longer stays. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this perfect little beach house to anyone planning to visit the area.

What a wonderful beach house, very clean, cozy and comfortable, fall in love at first sight. Completely remodeled as it mentioned (appliances, plumbing, furniture, furnishings, etc). The kitchen is completed with everything you need to cook. Big patios at the front and back yards. A lot of beach essentials, umbrellas, cart, several boards and laps for swimming, even stuff for infants (which came in very handy for our 10 month old son). Overall the house is well equipped therefore other than clothes and personal care products you won't need anything for a comfortable family vacation. It takes about a minute to get to the beach btw😉 If you have a snorkel mask you'll probably meet different kinds of fish, crabs and even rays near the beach. Once we've even managed to watch dolphins jumping out of water😍 Driving a golf cart to a supermarket or nearby is a pretty fun experience. Also within 20 min you're able to drive to a few very picturesque towns (Alys beach, Rosemary beach, Seaside beach) that look like little Europe. We got amazing photos from there! Big thanks to the staff - they always were helpful and in touch while we got some questions or concerns. That was an amazing and unforgettable week and we've already got plans to come back next summer!
