Beautiful 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with a private pool in a quiet gated community located on the West End of Panama City Beach. This home has a main house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and pool house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The main house master bedroom has a king bed, a sitting area, and a garden tub in the master bathroom. There is a queen sized bed in the 1st guest bedroom, and a full bed in the 3rd guest room. There is a dining area for 8 people, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TV in the living room and master bedroom, washer and dyer located under the carport.

The pool house has a living area with sofa , kitchen and dining table for 4 people. There is a queen bed in one of the bedrooms and the 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds

This home has all the amenities of home and complimentary Wi-Fi. Jamaican Lake 43 is located across the street from the beach access and within walking distance to dining, and grocery stores. This home is great for family reunions or large families. The unit can sleep up to 14 people and the pool house is great for kids. Also has big screen 60 inch tv high speed internet.


Just installed all new carpet in main house and pool house. Pool has been replastered and we have 28 palm trees around pool and house .The house and pool house is totally fenced in with concrete stucco wall with locking pool gate for your privacy.


The pool area has a outside shower and gazebo with concrete table and benches with led lighting. There is a aluminum awning coming out of main house with table and chairs for outside dinning. We have a Weber gas grill off of patio by dinning area and low voltage lighting around pool at night.

There is a Winn Dixie and publix grocery store close by and cvs drug store and. Duncan donut shop within walking distance. Bayou bills seafood resterant is just 2 blocks up front beach road

Lovely family vacation

My family usually come to Florida for a family vacation every year. This year we chose Panama City. It was a very lovely stay, right across the road from the beach, plenty of room and our own pool. We really enjoyed our stay.

Family fun in the Sun.

This was a great vacation home for family fun located right across front beach road. Short walk for fun in the sun at the beach and then return to your beach home paradise to cool off in your own private pool. Kids and parents had a blast swimming and then grilling out pool side for our own Hawaiin Luau.

Awesome House. Across From the Beach!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Jamaican Lakes. The neighborhood is gated so it definitely felt safe. The beach is right across the street. There is a ton of room to spread out because it also has a two bedroom pool house! Everything you need is close by, restaurants, shopping, etc. Great vacation house. Would definitely recommend.

Loved this house

This house was perfect for our family. The neighborhood is quiet. I love the fact that the back is fenced in for the kids. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back. Jeff was great at answering any and all questions. Would recommend this property any time.

Updates & repairs needed

This was a super location close to beach and communication with property mgr was very good. However, the house and grounds are in need of updates and repairs. There are holes in walls all over main house and pool house. The floors were so dirty we hesitated letting our baby crawl. We had ant and roach issues in the kitchen. The space was nice and beach access was nice but the property is in very bad shape and we would not visit again unfortunately.

Excellent property but issues with pool

The property and location was excellent. The main issues was the swimming pool. The pool pump was not working during our stay. Was told a new pump was purchased and would be replaced (everyday) but that did not happen. We did have concerns with the overall cleanliness of the pool. The other issue was the BBQ grill on the patio was not usable. Definitely needs replaced. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay

This property was beautiful and perfect for my friends and I. This was exactly what we wanted. Having the pool was amazing along with being right across the street from the beach. The home was and pool house were both beautiful and very spacious. Plenty of space for the amount of people we had. Would definitely recommend this property. Thank you!

PCB Family Vacation 2022

The location of this house was perfect with beach access right across the road. The private backyard with pool was such a bonus this year. It was so nice to have a place outside to hang out in the evenings. Jeff was awesome to work with. Everyone agreed that we definitely want to rent this house again next summer.

Loved this house

My family wanted a place with a pool and space for all 9 of us and this house definitely did the job! We enjoyed everything and even got to sit on the beach. Jeff was very helpful and accommodating every time we spoke. We would definitely rent here again. Thanks for everything!

Everything was easy, place was clean. The property manager answered every call and delivered a propane bottle to replace a defective one in 15 minutes. Excellent experience!

Great home

This property was great! It had lots of room and the pool in the yard was amazing!!! Jeff was very attentive to our needs and did everything he could to enhance our stay. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the details in cleaning. The vents, fans, and other areas that are not high touch need more attention. He is also going to be remodeling. I can’t wait to see the finished product next time!

Great location!

Easy walk across the street to beach access. The house was big enough to fit all 12 of us. The backyard set up- pool, grill, and pool house was perfect. We wanted to avoid high traffic areas and enjoy time with our family. The house could definitely use a little maintenance but the location and amenities made up for it. Full garage available for parking as well.

The pool house needs some serious attention. The landscaping needs taking care of. Needs upgrading!

The property would be nicer if it was upgraded. For what we paid, I expected nicer place. Mold around pool shower, pool has some algae and needs upgrading. The location of this property is great and convenient to the beach. Jeff the owner was nice. If this property gets an unpgrade, would stay here again. Your cleaning crew is ripping you off Jeff!

Great location! 30 second walk to the beach! Pool was awesome and we had a great time.
