Deer Valley Ski-In/Ski-Out 2BR/2.5BA Arrowleaf Condo

This mid-mountain, slope-side condo is located in the Arrowleaf community at Empire Pass in Upper Dear Valley. It features two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests with a spacious 1,500 square feet of living space. It is located just steps from the Silver Buck Ski Run, which is just above the Silver Strike Express High-Speed Quad lift, making it a true ski-in, ski-out unit.

This home offers high-end custom furnishings with two en-suite bedrooms, each with LCD televisions, a comfortable living room, dining table for six and fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances including a Wolf range and Sub-Zero refrigerator. The living room includes a leather pull-out sofa, cozy fireplace and additional seating. The patio balcony offers a good view of the ski run and surrounding mountain environment.

The Arrowleaf complex also offers guests three outdoor spas, two fire pits, and an outdoor grill area. You will also have access to a secure, heated underground parking garage for your vehicle. If you choose not to bring your own car, you can use the complimentary private Dial-a-Ride chauffeur service that will take you anywhere you want to go in the Park City area.

For your convenience, you also have your own ski locker, complete with boot dryers, in a heated locker room, right inside the Arrowleaf Lodge, which also includes a pool table, shuffleboard table, fireplace and reading area. Enjoy the convenience of stepping right outside your door, putting on your skis and heading down to the lift.

This place is amazing, and photos don't really do justice to the location. Its ground floor so you the silver buck run is only about 20 yards away. Put your skis on, ski down to the Silver Strike Lift, and you have access to a bunch of great runs. I lapped Blue Bell, Sidewinder, Lost Boulder and Hawkeye, all groomed, till my legs were spent. No trudging across the street/parking lot to use the hot tub, its right next to the ski run. Came in for lunch everyday, so no 27 hamburgers with screaming kids. A

Second year staying in this unit. Had a significant plumbing issue which was addressed and resolved after a couple days. Very convenient location. Easy ski in/out. Free transportation to/from PC. However, when I went to reserve for same week in 2027 (1 year out) I found out that the owner had already rented to someone else. So I found a better place in the bldg next door. Cest la vie!

Amazing apartment and location

The apartment is gorgeus, beautifully decorated, nice furniture, spectacular kitchen and very comfortable beds. The location is amazing, you simply can’t be closer to the slopes, it is truly one step away of the snow. Easy check in and check out. Totally recommended!

Deer Valley ski trip

Condo was spectacular! Incredibly convenient location literally a few steps from the chair lift. Condo manager was very helpful during arrival and during our stay. Condo itself is beautifully appointed with everything you need for a great vacation. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for an amazing Deer Valley ski trip!

Wonderful Stay; Unbeatable Location

Our stay at David’s condo was perfect. The location is unbeatable, especially if you have kids and want easy access to the slopes. The first floor location is very convenient to the ski lockers, lobby and garage. The unit was clean and quiet and stocked with everything you could need. The Empire Express shuttle was free, fast and convenient. We will be looking to stay again soon.

Nice Condo - Great Location

Perfectly situated on Silver Buck, Arrowleaf offers many amenities. The condo is clean and comfortable, but not necessarily luxurious. The unit is probably due for some refresh. The convenience, though, can’t be beat.

This condo is a homerun. The condo is cozy, well maintained, clean, well stocked, but my favorite part was the location. Located on the same floor as the boot room and lobby of the building, you are literally steps away from the Silver Buck run & Silver Strike lift. The windows look out onto the Silver Buck run. The owner and property manager were a pleasure to deal with and helped make our stay enjoyable.

Ski in/ski out excellent. Bed was comfortable which is always a key consideration. . Unit is quiet even with ski boots. Need to clean snow. off patio. Need to improve water pressure in showers.

Great location and layout

As close to the mountain as you can get. Condo is on the first floor - same as entry and ski lockers - which made coming and going really convenient with kids. Condo was large and well laid-out for a family of four. Only issue was the oven didn’t work. We planned to eat in most of the time - so it created some problems. Manager was responsive just not able to fix while we were there.

Perfection.

This rental property has it all: location, amenities, and great service from the property managers. Couldn't be in a more convenient spot - right under the lift! And easy first floor access! Two hot tubs, pool table/common space, lockers for skis, etc. The inside of the condo itself is beautiful - great kitchen with anything you need, plus comfy beds and lovely bathrooms. We came inside for lunch each day after skiing all morning and it was so restful and relaxing! Love the added touch of including several humidifiers. Thank you David, Paul and Pam. Great experience all around.

Great first VRBO rental.

This was our first time staying in a vacation rental other than a hotel. I was nervous but very quickly turned into a fan. I was happy to find that the condo was true to its listing description. The condo was clean (except for the need for a little extra vacuuming, under sofa), comfortable and in a great location for ski in/out access. The only trouble we had was the key pad to get into garage. Communication with the unit manager was easy via text with quick replies. We will definitely consider this condo and VRBO in the future.
