From the19th floor you can enjoy watching the most spectacular sunsets against the emerald waters of one of the worlds most beautiful sugar sand beaches. This condo is perfect for a romantic couples getaway or a fun filled family vacation. It is a great location on the west end of Panama City Beach - near Pier Park with its great shopping , restaurants, and entertaining things to do Also convenient to Frank Brown Sports Complex. It is walking distance to many favorite restaurants - Sharkys, Moe’s Barbecue, Senoir Frogs and more. We chose this condo because it’s on the quieter end of the beach yet still close to all the attractions and it’s oceanfront!!

The living area has access to the balcony and has a queen sleeper sofa with a 55inch flat screen tv with over 200 Channels and a DVD player.
This unit features a master bedroom with a king size bed and a 52in tv with Roku and opens to the balcony. It has a large bathroom with a garden bath tub to soak in and a separate shower with double sinks. The second bedroom has twin bunk beds with a 32inch tv and Roku. The large guest bath has a combination shower/bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffeemaker with a breakfast bar. You can cook a meal or you may decide to order your food to be delivered. It’s vacation time kick back relax and enjoy.

All Sunrise guest must be preregistered to receive a Parking Permit. The registration fee is $40.00 per vehicle and is required by the Condominium Resort and it’s COA. Limit of 2 parking passes per reservation. Link to be sent via email for vehicle prior to arrival. Parking is located under the building for easy access to and from the unit.

Sunrise Beach is a family friendly resort with many amenities. It has two elevated Gulf front pools - one heated seasonally, 2 hot tubs, children’s water splash area, Fitness area, BBQ grills and Arcade/Game room.
