Start out your day by utilizing your fully-equipped kitchen and sitting on your balcony eating breakfast as the sun comes up!! If you don't want to cook breakfast head down to the coffee shop for both coffee and food! Next, either work out at the state-of-the-art fitness center or skip it and head straight for one of 5 pools. There is a pool here that will satisfy any age group. Hungry? As lunch approaches, why not try out the Riptide Bar & Grill that is available all year round.

Need groceries but don’t want to drive? Just visit the store across the street and grab an ice cream cone while you are at it. There is even an Alvin’s Island where you can purchase lotions, sand toys, bathing suits and towels.

End the day by playing a game on our Wii U GAMING CONSOLE. But, most importantly, take time to enjoy the sunset as you reflect back on your day of fun!!

This was a lovely condo that looks exactly like the pictures in the VRBO description. It was an unobstructed view of the gulf with the most beautiful sunsets.The kitchen was well equipped for making meals and there was plenty of storage space and closets. We had an issue with the thermostat and our host answered our call immediately and the problem was solved. We would definitely stay there again.

The communication from the host was excellent. Made us feel at home before we even arrived. The condo setup was awesome. The floor the condo is located on is prime height to see dolphins off the coast. The resort itself was excellent as well. Great pools, kids splash zone, hot tub.

The property was great. The pools for the kids were awesome. Getting to the beach from property was very easy being able to go over the street with the sky bridge to shops across the way was great

Thank you for such a nice review! We are glad that you all had a great time! We did want to clarify one thing for others. When Cecil was referring to going over the street with the sky bridge he was referring to going from the condo, which is directly on the beach, over to the other side of the road to go shopping. Just making sure everyone knows the condo is directly on the beach!!

This was our first time renting at this place and the seven days of renting was perfect for our family. We have 5 children ages 7 to 3 months and the clean beach and pools and hot tub were perfect. We will rent this place next time. The free internet was fast and allowed me to do some remote working. The parking garage is huge and could handle our large high-top van. The elevators worked perfectly. The only complaint that I have, is that I wish that this place was mine.

4th of July vacation

Room was very nice! It was quiet- didnt hear noise from other renters. The only complaint was elevator access. Everyday was a struggle with backed up elevators! It was ridiculous and very frustrating.

The house was very clean and had everything you needed. The condo was just enough out of town where it wasn’t loud or busy but close enough to make a quick drive to eat or shop. Property manager was friendly and super quick to respond. Enjoyed our stay so much that we might come back next year!

Great Condo

Property was great. The condo was clean and all the major necessities were as advertised. Having free beach chairs was a great plus. We got to the property around 6:30 pm Saturday night. There were plenty of luggage carts available to unload our luggage. The registration desk was closed when we showed up so we weren’t able to get wristbands and parking passes until the next morning. Property was close to the softball fields for my daughter’s softball tournament. Plenty of night life activity within 5- 10 minutes drive from the condo. Splash area, pool area, and lazy river was a great alternative to the beach. Only downside was the WII U games would not load, so we could not use it.

Fantastic condo!! Clean, comfortable, kitchen was well stocked for making meals, and is EXACTLY as advertised! We will be booking again very soon! Owners were very prompt in replying to all questions.
