This cabin was perfect for an after Christmas get away with my husband and two children. Clean and well stocked with everything we needed! We will definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It is located near all the attractions and it has easy access to get to it. The cabin was very clean and everything was as the pictures showed it to be. We will be staying there again. We loved it.
Cabin was clean, well supplied. Nice 4 person hot tub. Washer/dryer combo. Full size electric stove & outdoor charcoal grill. Great location right at the north side of Gatlinburg.
Check in staff very helpful, friendly, and accommodating to rectify an issue. Needed a place to sleep which was provided by the unit. Check in/desk staff were great, but other than the desk staff, we wouldn't book again.
Property was convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Our cabin was clean. Check in was easy. Our TV in bedroom was out first two days but was replaced the last day. My only complaint would be mattress in master bedroom. It was little hard! Everything was good. We would stay here again.

It was ok
Pulling up the outside looks ok, but then upon looking around and all the cabins around me, all the gutters on the roofs are completely clogged with leafs and debris,
The inside of the cabin was extremely dusty. From anything hanging on the walls So the lamps are light fixtures.
The shower curtain is extremely filthy and there's no way to clean it because you can only take a shower and you can't turn the shower.Head to spray it on the curtain to wash it off with even a sponge.
There's no paper with directions on how to log in on the TV's so you can watch streaming services from netflix, etc.
Also, it has extremely weak water pressure Maybe that's standard or the water pressure is normal for I guess that cabin, but it was extremely annoying. To not have good, strong water pressure with a half flow amount of water that would come out any spigot or the shower
This little cabin was just perfect for us! Close to everything and just the right amount of space since we were mostly out exploring the area. Will definitely rent again!
