Come enjoy the beautiful Rhode Island coast! Experience the best of Quonochontaug at this newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom with large outdoor shower. This fantastic location will give you access to salt water ponds, local restaurants, golf courses and STUNNING East Beach. Walk, bike or drive using the private beach pass to QEBA's parking lot. After a long day soaking up the sun along the seaside, return home to a heated outdoor shower, and grill on the private porch.

The Space:
Light filled, newly renovated and refurbished. Outdoor private Porch with table, umbrella & grill. Air Conditioning & heat are controlled by room, so guests can adjust the temperature in their own room accordingly. Access to garage with bikes, washing machine, dryer, lawn games and beach equipment. Free Wifi

We had a wonderful week in Quonnie! The beach house was a great location for enjoying the beach and also exploring the area. The beach is one of the best of RI and is not overcrowded. The house is as pictured and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Courtney is super responsive and helpful!

Amazing Beach House

This house was above all expectations. Very clean, beds were comfortable, amazing location (short walk to private beach) and a quiet neighborhood. My family and i loved the outdoor shower and back deck. Highly recommend this property. If this spot is available again next year we’re booking it!

Family trip

We were in Charlestown to see family -they have a house a mile away- and the location was great. The AC in the main room was great and we enjoyed the deck and living room. We were out most of the time but had plenty of space after family gatherings. We didnt cook but the kitchen seemed great. Lots of parking and very quiet!

Great House Close to the Beach

This was a great house for a long weekend by the beach. The beach was a short walk from the house, but the parking pass for the car was also helpful to have to bring beach chairs and food. The house provided beach towels and chairs. The house fit 10 people comfortably, with a day bed to spare. Courtney was wonderful and provided all the info we needed as well as great recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

Early summer visit

This property was perfect & just as the listing stated. It is quiet and is a fantastic neighborhood great for walks and biking. The beach is so close. The house is appointed very well, and the beds are comfy. It has a beautiful deck to relax on and a cute, screened porch that overlooks the yard. Courtney was very attentive as well. I will be returning to this exact home in the future!

Perfect vacation home!

The house was beautiful and we loved the open floor plan. It is in a great neighborhood and has plenty of space and privacy. Short walk to the beach and everything we needed was provided. We will definitely be returning!
