Condo stay

We stayed in Canmore for a couple nights to see the area which is a great place to stay if you want to go to Banff, Lake Louise and the rest of that area. The condo was just enough for our stay. We could have had more towels and a bath mat but other than that a perfect spot and close to grocery store and other shops and restaurants. The parking was also a bit confusing but we did find one by our door but when we left for the day that spot was gone so we had to find another a few doors down.

Great location & property!

We enjoyed staying at this property. We found there was lots of room for our needs and having three bathrooms was awesome. We were super close to the hot tub/gym amenities, which we loved. The free National Park pass was very appreciated. Parking is first-come-first-serve, which is not ideal.

The property is beautiful! The scenery is amazing with the mountains all around, and a short walk to a great breakfast bagel shop! Communication was great with the host, and resolved our questions quickly! I would definitely stay again!

Perfect location, excellent setup!

I have stayed in Canmore many times and was hesitant to try a new place but this place worked out perfectly for our group of 3 adult friends. Easy access to the room was amazing! No underground garage, just drive up to the front door and unload. The hot tub was right next door, it was clean and hot and was perfect after a day of skiing. The bedrooms were downstairs which provided privacy and quite sound proof. All questions were promptly answered. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

The suite was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Including sharp knives, and lots of pots and pans. The king bed in the master was comfortable, firm, with little to no motion transfer between people. There was ample space for our family of 5. We enjoyed our stay.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable in a central location

We stayed for 6 nights (1 dad and his 17 yr old son, 1 mom and her 17 yr old son) while participating in the XC Ski Nationals. The fact that both bedrooms have their own full ensuite bathrooms was absolutely perfect given that we were two separate family units sharing this unit. The building is very quiet - we couldn't hear any road noise, sounds from adjacent units, nor from people moving around upstairs (ie kitchen) while we were in the bedroom directly below. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable so we were able to get the rest we needed when not at the Nordic Centre. It was super easy to contact the managers with any questions, and we always received rapid responses. The one caveat is about the parking setup for this building - it requires very careful maneuvering to get bigger vehicles (trucks, SUVs) into the stalls due to the concrete supports and pillars, but it IS possible, even for large pickups. Would stay here again!

A Beautiful stay!

This was a very beautiful home and well located to stay at during a snowboarding trip with a couple of friends. Before booking I would ask if the hot tub is open if you are looking for one as it was closed during our stay. Very well accommodated and the host is flexible and kind, they did everything they could to make our stay everything we wanted and more!

Comfy place

As advertised, super easy to get into, parking spots small when you can get a spot, but there is other parking available. Hot tub was under maintenance our second night but not the owners fault since it is a building hot tub. Place is great and recommended.

Clean and convenient

Nice, clean location. Canmore is less crowded than Banff so this was a great alternative with lots of options for food and shopping. This unit is a lower unit, so there is not a big patio and the bedrooms and bath are small, but the home is clean and has everything you need to make this a good base camp for your adventures. Banff and Lake Louise are a 30 - 40 minute drive. Calgary is about an hour. Host was available if needed and offered National Park passes to guests.

Great Group Setting!

We were 5 people in Canmore for a wedding. The townhouse was beautiful, easy location to get around or walk to the tourist area. Loved having an ensuite for each bedroom. A couple of the guests thought the beds could have been softer. There were a few broken dining room chairs which should have been repaired for guests, but otherwise everything was great. Parking can be an issue tho. Although there is supposed to be a spot for each suite, the second night everything was full, including the handicap stall (without a handicap sticker on the vehicle parked there). We had to park several blocks away. For feedback, a full length mirror would be an added bonus to the suite! 4 women getting ready for a wedding would have found it helpful. Great place and would definitely stay again.

The condo was in a nice location, easily walkable to Downtown Canmore. Decor was very pretty and updated. Great selection of kitchen tools, dishes to use. We liked that the rooms were downstairs, so you weren't bothered by the upstairs neighbors. But be warned that stairs are the only way to get to the 2 bedrooms, which might not be great for anyone with mobility issues. Rooms felt a little bit cramped with the large or multiple beds. But definitely makes sense to fit more people in. The toilet in the 1 room didn't flush, we messaged but it wasn't fixed during our stay. There were 2 BBQ's on the deck, so you couldn't sit out there and enjoy a coffee in the AM which would have been nice. But still nice to have a balcony and space to stand and view the mountains. Over all we would absolutely stay there again, it was a great base for our short mountain getaway.

Not what we expected

The condo location was great. This is 2 stories with kitchen, living, dining up and 2 bedrooms downstairs. But it’s not what we expected based on the online listing. The furniture is way too big for the space and you have to shuffle around the beds and the couch and dining table. There were 4 of us and we barely fit, smaller beds, and other furniture would have made it more comfortable. The kitchen is not stocked, no storage containers for leftovers, not the usual VRBO setup. The salt and pepper were even empty. I also doubt the place had been cleaned from previous renters as there was hair and other messes in the bathrooms. We had an issue with the AC, and also found windows were left open from previous renters. No instructions in the place for how to use AC or other items. Very little communication with helpful info from leasing company.
