TV nur in Spanisch, WLAN nur auf ausdrückliche Nachfrage; warmes Wasser nur nach ca 4-5 Minuten, keine Betreuung vor Ort, Müllentsorgung selbst klären , da die gezeigten Plätze keine Container hatten,man erhält ein Video wie man vom falschen Grundstückseingang zum richtigen kommt, man bekommt ein Video wie man durch den Dienstboteneingang ins Haus kommt, keinerle Beschreibung im Haus, wie welche Geräte funktionieren, zur Bezahlung der Touristensteuer sieht man den Betreuer für 15 Min am Ende
