Mastaguera Mallorcan style villa with pool and spectacular views

Elegant private house, with ample and relaxing garden, on the top of a hill in the outskirts of Pollença. Mastaguera is surrounded by a beautiful landscape with panoramic views over the mountains, the valleys and the sea.
The house has been restored from an old Mallorcan farm. Several terraces surround the house and the pool and a small wash room is located on a terrace on the first floor. In the interior, all bedrooms are bright and have a mix of traditional materials and modern comfort. There are stone walls and Marés arches, white walls, beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors. The leaving room is ample, with sofas around the chimney. There is satellite TV, stereo with CD and DVD players. The kitchen is well equipped and has an ample window with views to the pool. The barbecue is in a nice interior patio. All 5 bedrooms have 2 individual beds, 3 have a bathroom and 2 share a bathroom.


Pollença is a town full of traditions with renowned festivities such as the processions of the Stations of the Cross, the Moors and Christians festival and the festival of the patron saint “La Patrona” (from July 27th to August 2nd). Every Sunday Morning there is a nice market on the main square. There are also many different art galleries, there is plenty of cultural activities offered by the town during summer, the major highlight is the famous Pollença International Festival of Music, where every week during summer there is a performance from an orchestra, a band or an internationally renowned solo artist. One of the most quaint places is the “Puig de Maria” and the Calvary with its 365 steps. Pollença is also the starting point for various very pretty excursions around the Sierra de Tramuntana. The famous Formentor peninsula, the Sant Vicenç cove and the Port of Pollença also belong to the same municipality and you can reach them in a few minutes by car.
