The Bonham Cabin: Full kitchen, King bed, private bath.

Three Additional Cabins: Each with private sleeping areas (details on bed configurations).

The Communal Lodge (Mess Hall): Your dedicated central gathering space! Features a full kitchen, dining for a large group, a cozy fireplace, and game room amenities.

This was a great place to stay. We were able to accommodate our family with everyone having their own space. So much for the kids to do. Adorable cabins in a nice peaceful setting. The owners are very friendly. The whole family loved it, we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect place for a retreat

We had a writing retreat here with 11 adults and it felt like the perfect location, size, and vibe. It was rustic in a good way, and had all the basic amenities needed to not feel like you’re roughing it. Would definitely stay here again with a group of 8-14

We LOVED our stay and talked about making it an annual thing. The price is fantastic, the owners are so friendly, and the place is beautiful. The photos do NOT give this place the justice it deserves.

Great place for a family reunion

We stayed at the bungalows for a family get together coming from the DFW area. The cabins are nice and we hung out at the Mess Hall and fire pit. Kids played disc golf. Everyone enjoyed the trails on the property (didn't know about it). We are coming back for sure.

Family Reunion and Solar Eclipse Getaway

The setup was perfect for our family reunion and eclipse viewing event. There were multiple places that we could be together and also private cabins to retreat to for some quiet time. The mess hall was particularly cool as it had big open doors(with screens to keep out bugs) that made it feel like an outside space. Our kids had plenty to do between the pool table, volleyball court, play house, and other sports equipment available. We enjoyed walking the trails on the property for nature viewing. Two dogs were in the group and the fenced in area around the buildings allowed them to roam around but not too far. The hosts were friendly and accommodating without being overbearing. We would definitely come here again in we find ourselves in this part of the country again. Our only suggestion is to place a screen door that closes itself or just make the current door self closing to prevent insects from getting in at the bathhouse. It took awhile for everyone in our large party to figure out closing the door was important. The lake there will be opening soon for recreational activities and this place would be a great location to stage your lake activities from.
