New vinyl plank flooring, updated kitchen & new walk-in showers in both bathrooms. 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath - Master bedroom with king size bed, second bedroom has 2 twin bunks and third bedroom has queen size bed. Large living room, dining area and spacious kitchen with plenty of room for meal prep. Backyard has covered and uncovered patio/deck space. Covered deck has seating for 6 in club chairs. Uncovered decking is perfect place to cook and has bar seating for 4 overlooking lake. Backyard has fire pit, lighting and 2 person wooden swing. Large dock has covered and uncovered space for enjoying the sun and fishing and swimming. Beautiful sunsets!

We purchased this property to have a place to escape the city in an hours drive. Our family loves the water and this was the perfect lake for us - small and uncrowded. Our kids are in college now so we don't come out as often and thought we would share this hidden gem with other people who like to hang out at the lake as much as we do. Bring your boat, jet ski, kayaks, fishing poles and hammocks and get ready to relax and enjoy the outdoors!
Why they chose this property
This is a unique opportunity to get away from the Dallas/Ft Worth metroplex without driving 3 hours. Quiet setting for relaxing, fishing, boating, and swimming - spending time with friends and family. An hour south of Choctaw.
