Remember to return your HOA key fob. Office if open 8am - 4pm weekdays and 11am-4pm weekends. You can drop it off after hours as well.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please maintain quiet hours in our peaceful, family neighborhood between 11pm and 8am. Strictly enforced!

Why they chose this property

I built this lovely home as my a retirement home to accomodate first floor living but still have private space for my soon to be grown children. It is perfect for multi generation families or multiple friend families to enjoy while visiting Historic Saratoga Springs. Conveniently located 1/2 mile from Saratoga Lake in well known neighborhood 2 miles from downtown Saratoga Springs off Exit 14 on I87.
