The Space:

Your stay will be a stress-free escape! Modern boho house with king bedroom beds, kitchen and a wonderful backyard with hot tub, cowboy pool, firepit, and mini golf game area. Just few minutes from Main Street.

- NEWLY added Cowboy Pool! (Note: this is a stock tank cowboy pool. It's not heated, it's like a mini-pool)

-The Cowboy Pool is unavailable from November through the end of February, as it remains winterized during the colder months. This timeline may change depending on cold temperatures in the Hill Country area.

- Note: there are 2 small steps going up from dining area to the kitchen.



BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

Guest have full access to the entire house and backyard (includes hot tub and cowboy pool).

We are a short drive to Main Street but we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!



Other Things to Note:

This property is suitable for children/infants.



This property is NOT Pet friendly.



- The Cowboy Pool is unavailable from November through the end of February, as it remains winterized during the colder months. This timeline may change depending on cold temperatures in the Hill Country area.



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
