Spacious inside and out with plenty of activities for kids. Large fenced in yard secure for our dog. The host made sure to let us know they were local and available if anything came up. All around a great experience and we would recommend this property to other families looking for a pet friendly spot with plenty of options to keep the kids entertained!

We really wanted to love this place but we ran into some issues. The kitchen sink had a leak so we had to fix that. The bathroom was infested with ants, and the backyard string lights did not work (they were solar but the panels were filthy and pointing downward/in the shade). We messages the host many times with these concerns- he was very responsive at least. The house itself was perfect size for four adults and a baby. The location was in a quiet neighborhood (no street lights) and required driving to get to Main Street, which we did not mind. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

This is a perfect home for traveling friends or two couples or a family. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The location offers easy access to town or highways to explore the Hill Country. The furnishings were perfect for the spaces. The outdoor spaces are wonderful -- front and back.I will return to this house when I'm in the area again.
