About this property

Designer Beach Casita

This casita has a private entrance in an enclosed gated patio in Hermosa Vista subdivision. (2 blocks north of Tres Palapas) The casita has filtered water, microwave, refrigerator, stove, toaster oven, coffee maker, crock pot, rice maker, Keurig coffee maker, electric grill and tea pot, juicer, Ninja blender/food processor, pots/pans, spices and dishwasher. Casita has quality cutlery, dishes, glasses and serving dishes. There is private outdoor area with grill, pizza oven and outdoor dining. Extra touches include yoga mats, beach wagon with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler.
Both rooms have very comfortable king size beds with high thread count linens.
The bathroom has dual sinks, walk in shower, cabinet storage area for personal items and is fully equipped with guest towels and extra bed sheets. Guests also have a combo washer/dryer machine with outdoor clothesline.
The casita is in back of our beach front home with easy beach access. Guests enjoy the sightings of bat rays, whales and dolphins on our beach.
We accept 2 adults only and do not accept pets.

Great place and great location

My brother and I had a great stay in their Casita. The hosts were great. We didn't spend much time in the Casita other than sleeping. The location is excellent. We spent time at La Paz, Punta Arenas, and right out front on the water. Tons of wildlife to observe all over. I would definitely stay here again.
