This was our second time staying in Leo’s place. Bed is comfy, ac is cold, wifi is fast, kitchen has a good selection of pots,pans, plates, utensils and a ninja blender. View is amazing. Looking forward to our next trip.

Great option for a few days in Barriles. Bed was very comfortable and AC was wonderful. Internet had just updated so it was spotty but we didn’t need it much anyway. Just was responsive as was the property manager.

Love Los Barrieles

Great location. Close to town and the beach. It’s nice to have the hotel property right next door with restaurants, etc. The property is small but, quaint. The kitchen is not ideal for cooking as it’s very dark. The air conditioning was not the coolest, though that’s a building issue, others we met had the same issue.

Great Location

Good spot in proximity to the town but the unit sits directly next to the restaurant and the noise at night is very disruptive. Also, there was no drinking water in the unit when we arrived and that used to be a given in Mexico. On the plus side, this complex has a good breakfast restaurant and is very close to a world class Pickleball club. It was easy to have our four-by delivered to the building because the resort is well known

De Cortez

Been going to Los Barriles for 30 years and will return again shortly. Villa de Cortez is safe, clean, beautiful beaches and amazing fishing. Would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful property but Wi-Fi is poor to non existent. I guess when you are in paradise you shouldn’t need Wi-Fi but couldn’t stream anything. Enjoyed a little slice of paradise

Ocean Front Convenience

We enjoyed our stay at Leo's place very much. He was quick and easy to communicate with and the condo is exactly as pictured. The convenience of having the hotel amenities was really nice as well as being directly on that awesome beach was so great. Being just a short walk from the wine bar, grocery and the rest of town was an added bonus. The condo was a great value for the money!

This unit is very nicely done and very comfortable. We appreciated the beautiful ocean view from the small balcony. The bathroom and shower especially was spectacular. Facilities at the resort next door are also available. The town is very small so best to be prepared by bringing along whatever supplies you might like.

Just what we needed

It started off a little rough as the room wasn’t ready for us after a long days travel. Leo responded quickly and referred us to the property manager Pedro who set us up on another unit for the first night, which we were happy with. The room had pretty much everything we needed and the beach chairs and umbrella were a great addition. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The wifi worked well and the view was amazing. We would stay again in Leos place.

Villas de Cortez

The Good: Property location, a good size for 2 people, balcony overlook's the pool/bar area with views of the beach. The Bad: Late check in due to cleaning, owner advertiser chrome cast TV which was not available( No Worldcup), toilet leaking all over bathroom floor , safe did not work, unable to leave patio doors open after dark due to noise from the bar area.
